I have been doing cage fit for around twenty weeks now and it is a great program since i have started doing it and change of diet i have dropped 15 kilograms and my fitness has improved ten fold. As an middle aged overwieght man with a serious injury who was told not to do high impact sports i found the program suited me to a t as i could do the exercises the best way for me and not hold anybody up. I cant recomend cage fitness enough i am not gettting ready to go back to my martial arts training and finally geting my black belt.

Although I work out daily and enjoy physical challenges, I'm a quiet, non-confrontational individual who has never really gotten into MMA. With that said, the Cage Fitness program is the hardest and most enjoyable intense cardio workout I have ever done. It's physically and mentally challenging regardless of what your fitness level is, and can be done by just about anyone who can follow directions - man or woman, young or old, light or heavy. I love the structure of the program because it's non-stop intensity for 30 minutes and gives you just enough rest to keep you conscious. It also hits essentially every muscle group. But perhaps most significantly, for me anyway, is the fact that each session is different; provided the instructor knows what he/she is doing, you never do the same workout. There is a wide array of exercises, all of which are challenging (and sometimes plain crazy) in their own right, which gives Cage Fitness the advantage of staying fresh and unpredictable day in and day out.

I can't get through my week without Cage Fitness, as it's also an awesome stress reliever. If you want to physically challenge yourself, and/or simply let off some steam without the use of physical contact, give Cage Fitness a try. With commitment, it's guaranteed to effectively and safely improve your strength and endurance...and it's a lot of fun.
