When my martial arts studio started hosting tournaments, we needed a phone system instead of a single phone.Pbx Boston got the studio ready for the tournaments. From suggesting a small system to a professional installation, everything was great. So far, the system has handled the influx of calls associated with the tournaments.

When people work in the city, they assume they will have the latest technology. When my phone system fell flat, I hired Pbx Boston to help. They were fantastic. I got a new, hi-tech system without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this company.

My company's phone system died on a Friday morning (our busiest day of the week btw) and we were desperate for someone to either fix it or replace it ASAP! They came out same day and determined our old system was a goner but got us up and running on a new system within a few hours. They made the transition real easy on all of us and the training was funny and informative!.

Pbx Boston allows my clients to interact with me quicker and eficiently. Cant begin to talk about the money the company is saving, but that?s second only to the ease of use and added productivity. This works very well and I especially liked the price of this phone system and my employees have thanked me for installing this phone system because they can easily interact with their individual clients without too much hassle. This phone system doesn't give me much trouble, which I'm happy about.

I have always hated dealing with anyone in sales. I have a hard time picking and choosing because of the high pressure tactics they typically use.Pbx Boston associates were far from high pressure. They actually listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! Thank you guys so much for actually hearing me!

PBX Houston was actually recommended to me by a competitor. I was skeptical because of the source. However, I had to buy him lunch after all of the money that I saved with them.
