I am a believer that eating pasta should be a pleasurable experience.
So I am not only disliking the food, but I hate the concept as well.
Overall, the pasta was too cooked, and the sauce was blend.
This goes for the 2 locations I tried.
Stay away.

I'd heard this new resty was different, pleasant staff with good healthy food. I gotta say I was impressed with just how helpful the counter staff was consideringit was my first time with the menu. I ordered the penne pasta w/ pea & sausage sauce, a side salad and sparkling water. The pasta was GREAT and very TASTY. The salad was fresh but I could not finish all of it (ya think it coud have been that I ate all the pasta in one setting, hahaha). All in all it was a great lunch for a fair price and quick service. I will definitely return

I work nearby this quick service restaurant and I find the idea brilliant, it was definitely missing in New York

You can eat good pasta for $7-$8...it's served in a cool container, and I really liked the decor and staff.

I have been several times and the food was not always perfect (Pesto was not great) but I recommend the sausage and peas or the bolognese with either the farfalle or rigatoni, it was delicious! Plus I like the fact that there are healthy options and a lot of information about nutritional facts

I wish Hello Pasta good luck.
