Just wanted say WOW Jess&Paul at Precission Plumbing realy know their stuff. They are both friendly and professional which is a major pluss. They took care of my problem and were glad to answer all my questions. If I ever had the need for service again. They will be the only ones I call.

I RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM 2 OTHER HIGHLY ADVERTISED AND RESPECTED COMPANIES FOR FURNACE AND AIR REPLACEMENT. MARK C. FROM PRECISION WAS THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL THAT TOOK TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN OPTIONS THAT WOULD BEST FULFILL MY NEEDS. OTHERS WERE TRYING TO SELL ME A SYSTEM AND TELLING ME THE PRICE IS ONLY GOOD FOR AS LONG AS THEY ARE HERE AND I NEED TO SIGN NOW TO LOCK IN THE PRICE. MARK STATED THAT THEY WOULD MEET ANY MATCHING PRICE AND THEY DID EXACTLY THAT AND WITH OUT ANY SHORT CUTS. HE LIVED UP TO HIS AGREEMENT EXPLICITLY.
I HAVE BEEN WITH A SERVICE ORGANIZATION FOR 36 YEARS AND KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS.
I TRULY ADMIRE HIS DEDICATION TO DETAIL AND MAKING SURE THINGS ARE DONE 100% TO CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING MARK C. WORK ON MY HOME AND TREAT IT LIKE HIS OWN. I WROTE MARK'S NUMBER ON THE FURNACE IN MARKER SO THAT IF SERVICE IF EVER NEEDED, HE IS THE ONE FROM PRECISION PLUMBING HEATING I WILL WANT TO SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT.

Dan from Precision Plumbing provided professional service at a good value. He presented several options for our water heater replacement and provided pros and cons to help us determine the best fit for our home. He answered our questions during the install and provided some helpful tips to help the equipment run efficiently. We will call Dan @ Precision for all our future plumbing needs!

Precision Plumbing responded to my call immediately. The problem at my home required to have two tech's to resolve the issue. Both Ray B. and Josh M. were very professional, detailed in explaining the problem and what was causing it. They were also very patient and understanding with my questions and concern. They went far and beyond to make me feel at ease that the problem would be fixed. My dad was impressed how well the company works, he is going to pass on the word to his clients. Thank you!!!

This company is out to scam people
When you call them for a project they will show you about 6 tiers of pricing and jobs.
Ranging from thousands to hundreds (what it actually should be)
They are clearly unethical.
The Techs are taught to find out how knowledgeable you might be to see how far astray they can lead you.
I am sure some fall for this scam but I am hoping others read this review and stay away from them.
It is a shame that companies like this exist.
And btw all the positive reviews are from family and employees.

The plumbing service we received from Shawn K at Precision Plumbing services was excellent. He responded in a very timely manner to an emergency call on a Sunday night. He came to the rescue! He was extremely professional, personable, explained our options, showed us what caused the issue and how he resolved it. He worked quickly and neatly. We were quite impressed with his customer service! Shawn represented Precision Plumbing Services very well. Thank you very much Shawn!

Dan M from Precision Plumbing did an exceptional job fixing the faucet on my very old wall mounted sink.. He had to figure out what type of faucet and then find the part. He figured it out and fixed it in a flash. Courteous, neat fast service. Thanks a bunch, Dan M - you're the best!

I have used Precision Plumbing on a couple of occassion. From Customer service to the technician Joseph S who did the actual work it was 5 star service all around. They work was done neatly and correctly the first time in all cases. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Joseph S the techinician before he began gave me all of my options with pricing. He was knowledgeable with suggestions, neat, friendly and on time for his appointment.

Shawn was awesome! We saw his truck when the new neighbors moved in and I asked him to stop by to look at a few plumbing issues when he was done at their house. Your ""is today soon enough"" motto is really true. After putting in a long day, it was 10:15 on a Friday night when he asked if we wanted him to put in the toilet right then and there! Wow. He was funny, gave excellent advice, and did a superb job cleanly and quickly. In a day when the customer dreads an issue at home because of fears of being taken or the job not done right, Shawn and Precision Plumbing was a breath of fresh air.

Our water heater leaked on a Saturday morning (P/T valve), we called Precision Plumbing, and they had someone there in less than 3-hours (pretty awesome for the busiest day of the week for most service providers!).

Dan assessed the problem, provided multiple options, gave us time to think about it, and then executed what we wanted with no further pressure to do any of the other options ... first plumbing service provider to be so polite. In addition, they matched their price from the last time they did the work (it is a known issue with this heater) rather than charge the latest price ... excellent!

We had a minor hiccup a day later after the service, where the water heater would not start up. Dan came out on his day off - yes, day off!!! - to assist, and gave us the guidance we needed to get back our hot water.

Great experience, great people, highly recommend them.

I spoke with an associate first thing in the morning to set up an appointment for the same day. The technician, Shawn, was at my house in a very timely fashion. He was very informative to all of my options concerning the water heater that needed to be replaced. After selecting one of the many options, Shawn went to work removing the old heater and preping for the new one. The genleman that brought the new heater was so nice, the type of person you would want as your nieghbor, he stayed to help complete the project. I can't say enough good things about the people and company.
