After being dissed by 2 other companies that kept promising to show up without actually showing up.... i called them.

I called them when my Sub Zero refrigerator started making loud noises every 10 min or so..
They came on the same day and adjusted my fan motor ( can't swear that the right name of the part) and deducted the service charge from the total job which left me with $0 balance! how awesome is that?!
