Stay away from these guys!! They will say or do just about anything to get you to buy a brand new A/C unit from them...even lie to your face. My A/C was frozen up. First of all, they didn't show up when they said they were going to.

He is\na gem amongst Rocks. So when All Air came out and gave me a quote to fill Freon and then gave me 2 other options of what they feel I need to do to prolong the life of my A/C I was skeptical. I really liked the tech and thought he was professional and thorough and explained everything but in my mind I thought....trust no one....well i should have followed my gut feeling but stubborn me decided to think about it and get back to them.\nWell, guess what, after getting other quotes I realized that they gave me not only good advice about what I really needed but the best prices out there! Wow, an honest A/C guy?????\nSo let's now talk about Adam, Mr. Honest A/C guy. Adam was professional, thorough, didn't try to swindle me into unnecessary things and very nice and polite. He did his job quickly and showed me what he was doing and explained why. I actually understood why I needed these things. Adam was very clean and considerate of his surroundings which is rare in these types of situations. You couldn't even tell they were here after they left it was so clean. He fixed the problem, and made several recommendations regarding how my equipment installation could be vastly improved. The very next day (8/4/11), Technicians Richard and Charles arrived precisely as scheduled, and completely recovered a poor quality installation by another contractor. They even wore Tyvek booties over their shoes, and laid down runners in the work area to keep my floors clean! Thus far, the work performed has been flawless, and my home is nice and cool. Pricing was fair, and upfront, no suprises. Be prepared, the minute you pick up the phone, friendly, courteous staff are there to answer your call! The following week (8/11/11) Installers Luis and Juan returned to rework another unit that was very badly installed by a different company. Again, arrival was prompt, and they took all precautions to keep the job site clean (Luis even vacuumed my kitchen floor!). All work was done in about the most professional manner I think I have ever seen from ANY contractor! They called me and asked if they could show up an hour earlier. They walked up to my door and placed a clean red step rug for them to walk in and out of my house, plus they wore shoe protection. I had already been told to use them from a friend and now I see why they would tell me. Richard, Charlie showed nothing but be professional and courteous from the start. They asked what was wrong and got right to work. They were able to find out what being was needed right away and also helped me in telling me about an upgrade that would make my unit run better. My A/C on the second floor of my home had stopped working in the wee hours of the morning and we had a miserable night. The next day I did a search with fear and trembling of what disaster was about to befall me from using a service that I knew nothing about. I'm very pleased with the work done and the technician, Richard Hamilton. He explained everything as he was looking over the A/C before he did the tune-up. I also had the condenser refurbished and had him install a float switch on the inside air handler. Very good experience.

When it got cold last winter I couldn't get the heater to work so I called him and he swore it had a heater and he said that he would come out and show me. So, of course, he never came and he stopped answering my calls. \nWhen the unit stopped cooling, I called All Air of South Dade. \nThey immediately come out and said not only had our AC motor on the unit frozen but it also never had had a heating element installed! \nChris handled getting the new motor and heater and when he needed help pulling wires David and Charles came to help him in no time. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital that day and needed a prescription filled so I asked him if he would mind dropping of my husband's prescriptions \nat the near by pharmacy. On 02/02/11 our AC unit started tripping the breaker for the condenser. A visit by All Air of South Dade determined the condenser grounded and needed to be replaced. \r\n\r\nOn 02/03/11 it was replaced with a notation the TXV may need to be replaced if the system freezes up. In order to prevent any further problems we decided to have the TXV replaced as recommended. \r\n\r\nThe replacement was done on 03/11/11. On 03/25/11 the unit stopped cooling due to freezing up. Repairman Jeff H. was dispatched and replaced the TXV again. Jeff determined the unit was cooling but not at 100%. Jeff worked until 9pm and offered to come back on Saturday, the following day. Since the unit was cooling and Saturday was not convenient, we requested Jeff return on Monday, 3/28/11.\r\n\r\nOn Monday 3/28/1, Jeff returned, working several hours and completed the repairs. Jeff H. was especially persistent; not giving up until the problem was resolved and should be commended. A lot of companies talk about customer service. A lot of companies say ""we will be there for you"" A lot of companies say a lot. But All Air of South Dade not just says it, they back it up. I have never experienced such amazing customer service EVER!!! Christy, Erica, Mike, Chris, Van, and Juan were the most wonderful people I have ever encountered any service industry. I have a pregnant wife and an 11 month old (the most beautiful child youll ever see) so when my A/C gave out the only thing I thought of was how can I get this fixed. I went thru friends my A/C guy is Great didnt show, companies I heard on the radio (after explaining I have a baby and a pregnant wife at home), we can be out there in two to three days WHAT are you kidding me? you are aware we live in Miami, right? I come across All Air of South Dades website (www.all-air) so here I go, right off the bat Erica takes my call and says we can be there between 12 and 2pm I explain to her I am at work and I dont get out till late, she assures me after a 10 minute conversation the technician will be out there and not to worry. Here it is 6pm and Christy calls me to let me know Chris was held up at the previous job but he will be there she assured me.here comes 6:45 pm and Chris knocks on my door, ready to help. He takes a very thorough look at both units (inside and outside) while Im standing next to him asking him a bunch of question (which he answered every single one) and says in a very polite way I only see two options 1. I can change the compressor, but you A/C unit is really old (20 years old to be exact) and you most likely will be calling us back to fix it again if it doesnt ruin your system completely , 2. (The one I didnt want to hear) we can replace your entire system. (Queue the scary music), but heres the funny part he says that is my opinion you could have someone else come out and take a look at it they may tell you, i'll hang around if you'd like and answer any questions you may have if they say something different but thats what I see. So I call around and the price he quoted me was fair. Christy our little A/C angel takes my call at about 9:30 in the evening to answer a few more of my questions and again answers all of them kindness and patiences, she follows up with me thru out the day of the install and calls to see how I am doing I am honestly thinking in my head they already have my money, but shes still genuinely concerned . THE NEXT DAY Van and Juan are at my home ready to install my new A/C unit, and they roll out the black carpet, no thats not a typo the actually brought a black carpet so they wouldnt dirty my floor. When I told him not to worry about it he said thank you sir but its the principal the principal I have never heard a technician speak like that, the principal? Wow. both of them work outside in the rain and not once did I here them complain. They manitianed a professional demeenor and a pleasnt attitude. Mike spoke to me earlier in the day to assure me of some financial questions I had and again answered all of my questions. I sure do ask a lot of questions uh? Over all to be fair five stars is not enough to give this company, I dont think there is enough stars in the universe to give them they really were amazing. I went thru friends my A/C guy is Great didnt show, companies I heard on the radio (after explaining I have a baby and a pregnant wife at home), we can be out there in two to three days WHAT are you kidding me? you are aware we live in Miami, right? I come across All Air of South Dades website (www.all-air) so here I go, right off the bat Erica takes my call and says we can be there between 12 and 2pm I explain to her I am at work and I dont get out till late, she assures me after a 10 minute conversation the technician will be out there and not to worry. Here it is 6pm and Christy calls me to let me know Chris was held up at the previous job but he will be there she assured me.here comes 6:45 pm and Chris knocks on my door, ready to help. He takes a very thorough look at both units (inside and outside) while Im standing next to him asking him a bunch of question (which he answered every single one) and says in a very polite way I only see two options 1. I can change the compressor, but you A/C unit is really old (20 years old to be exact) and you most likely will be calling us back to fix it again if it doesnt ruin your system completely , 2. (The one I didnt want to hear) we can replace your entire system. (Queue the scary music), but heres the funny part he says that is my opinion you could have someone else come out and take a look at it they may tell you, i'll hang around if you'd like and answer any questions you may have if they say something different but thats what I see. So I call around and the price he quoted me was fair. Christy our little A/C angel takes my call at about 9:30 in the evening to answer a few more of my questions and again answers all of them kindness and patiences, she follows up with me thru out the day of the install and calls to see how I am doing I am honestly thinking in my head they already have my money, but shes still genuinely concerned . THE NEXT DAY Van and Juan are at my home ready to install my new A/C unit, and they roll out the black carpet, no thats not a typo the actually brought a black carpet so they wouldnt dirty my floor. When I told him not to worry about it he said thank you sir but its the principal the principal I have never heard a technician speak like that, the principal? Wow. both of them work outside in the rain and not once did I here them complain. They manitianed a professional demeenor and a pleasnt attitude. Mike spoke to me earlier in the day to assure me of some financial questions I had and again answered all of my questions. I sure do ask a lot of questions uh? Over all to be fair five stars is not enough to give this company, I dont think there is enough stars in the universe to give them they really were amazing. We moved to Homestead in 2004 from France. Without a doubt All Air of South Dade is by a very wide margin the best, most thorough, straight forward and honest contractor of any kind we have delt with. We found them in the yellow pages when our aircondition when on the fritz shortly after we arrived. They nursed that old unit through four years until it compressor finally gave up. They have installed our new unit. We have had them under a quite reasonable maintenance agreement since early 2005. They continue to provide great assistance . We have reccommended them to several neighbors who needed help with their airconditioners. (when you live in a development all of the appliances seem to fail for everyone about the same time) They all have told us that the repair personnel are of great knowledge and are amazingly courteous (they put on booties before entering your home. Jeff Harris just left our home today after installing a special air filtration/UV system that helps remove particulates (especial pet dander) and kill microbiologicals (fungi). As Tony the Tiger might say ""They are Great""
