Stay away from these guys!! They will say or do just about anything to get you to buy a brand new A/C unit from them...even lie to your face. My A/C was frozen up. First of all, they didn't show up when they said they were going to. When they finally did show up 3 hours later, they told me that I needed a new unit and that they would temporarily fix it and that I could buy a new unit from them for $4500. They charged me $80 for the "repair". The next day, the A/C stopped working again. I called a different company. The guy came out and told me they did nothing, that they just let it thaw out and it started working again on it's own. The problem was that the coils needed to be cleaned. Now the unit is working fine and has been fine for 4 months.

Excellent service, they sent their lead installer, Van Kushner, who was very attentive and professional. Also, the diagnostic technician, Alanderson (from Brazi) and his partner were very friendly, courteous and polite. I recommend all air strongly.

This is my second review of All Air of South Dade.\n\nTheir yearly service is impeccable. I've written about my Tech, Santos who is a pleasure to deal with and excellent tech. \n\nThe staff that dispatches the calls are fantastic too. Friendly, follow through with getting service to your home quickly. Makes me smile just to hear their positive attitude over the phone.\n\nThis year I decided to change out my 11 year old a/c system, and also have my duct system checked because the air flow to my upstairs has always been weak. Richard has done work for us on several occasions and he's excellent! \nThe truth is, All Air personnel in general (specifically Erica as my contact person) are personable, professional and courteous.

This is now the second review that i am writing and i never write reviews but this team deserves it! Thank you Rocko, Santos, Gabe, Colby, Dan and Al!! And the ladies in the office are fabulous- especially Erica. Rocko you truly lead by example and you deserve all the success in the world. The compassion and sense of urgency with which you responded to my situation is so rare in Miami. \nI have had major ac issues recently. The first occurred on a Saturday night and I called Rocko. I was freaking out as water was dripping from my ceiling and my house felt like an oven. My compressor is new but my handler and ducts are 10+ yrs old, I am incredibly sensitive to heat as are both my husband and son and my son was in the middle of playing in a state tournament. Rocko immediately sent Santos over- it was 8:30pm at night!- Santos was a complete gentleman and exceptional technician at identifying the problem and solving it quickly. Courteous, efficient and compassionate- a winning combination. Also, I had the VIP partner plan which I \nstrongly recommend. 2) I scheduled a coil cleaning. Santos came and was exceptional again. My coils were old and brittle and he took great care to make sure he did the job well since they were so dirty. Excellent service and i love the booties they wear considering I had just cleaned the house! Very considerate. 3) Two days after the coil cleaning, my AC stopped working and froze up. I was beside myself since I just spent a lot of time and money on the coil cleaning and could not understand why this was happening. I called rocko and he immediately sent Gabe over to check out the system. Santos is always so detail oriented I could not understand what the heck happened. Gabe checked all of Santos work and confirmed it was well done- we were stumped. Then Gabe started to look at the thermostat. He put it on auto fan and it would not work consistently. It would start and stop. He took it apart and checked the wires. He diagnosed the problem as the thermostat was failing in its communication with the system. He called Rocko who checked his reasoning and steps and then BEFORE having to sell me a new thermostat he sent another team, Colby and Dan, to drain all the water from the melting ice and check the system...again! Love that!! Throughout this whole day- last Saturday- he called to check on me and kept saying ""trust me, have I ever let you down? We are known for the best customer service for a reason."" Gabe returned while colby and his partner dan were finishing to review all the work. They did a final last check before selling me the thermostat. the thermostat was indeed the issue, I bought a new one and was given the VIP partner discount. The level of service and the kindness that I experienced that day has made me a fan for life. I trusted Rocko and he took excellent care of me and my family. Rocko definitely leads by example and his teams represent him well. I strongly recommend All Air with confidence and sincere gratitude. It is so comforting to know I can call them anytime and they will take care of us like family. Thanks so much :)))) Sam

Technician Richard showed up on time and to my surprise put booties over his shoes before entering my house (very respectful). He explained and showed me in detail what was needed to repair our unit. They have wonderful staff to answer all of your questions. No need to leave voice mail messages on cell phones if you don't want too, (although that option was also available to us). Can you believe it! Mike answered his cell phone at 7 pm at night. Van, our lead installer, was so professional. The job started on time and finished earlier than we expected. He was thorough in explaining how our new air conditioner works. When my wife had a concern about the new system, Van CAME BACK to make sure everything was working properly (no charge). When our Building Inspector had questions, All Air was there and the matter was cleared immediately. All Air's prices were competitive or better than our other quotes. Best of all, we have a company we can rely on in the future. Its hard to put a price on ""peace of mind"" which All Air gave to us. Thanks to Van, Mike and the All-Air staff. Andy & Grace.

Outstanding Customer Service !\r\n\r\nMy mom and I, were very impressed with the above average level of customer service. Since the very first day my mom decided to call this company and spoke with Ericka, she knew she was in good hands. Ericka booked the appointment, and sent two technicians named ""SANTOS&CHARLES"". They checked our A/C unit and based on their expertise, they highly recommended that it was to our benefit to replace our 15+ years A/C unit, considering how much money was to be spent in order to fix it. A couple of days later, two technicians ""ADAM&JUAN"" came by and installed the new A/C unit. They were very professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Finally, a couple of days later, two other technicians named ""RICHARD&COLBY"" came by to complete the outdoor cement setup that was done for the outside unit, and checked the performance of the inside unit. I must say RICHARD&COLBY went the extra mile to make us feel pleased and happy with our new A/C purchase. These added values, of going the extra mile for customers, and outstanding customer service, is what makes customers happy, and highly recommend this company. A lot of companies talk about customer service. A lot of companies say ""we will be there for you"" A lot of companies say a lot. But All Air of South Dade not just says it, they back it up. I have never experienced such amazing customer service EVER!!! Christy, Erica, Mike, Chris, Van, and Juan were the most wonderful people I have ever encountered any service industry. I have a pregnant wife and an 11 month old (the most beautiful child youll ever see) so when my A/C gave out the only thing I thought of was how can I get this fixed. I went thru friends my A/C guy is Great didnt show, companies I heard on the radio (after explaining I have a baby and a pregnant wife at home), we can be out there in two to three days WHAT are you kidding me? you are aware we live in Miami, right? I come across All Air of South Dades website (www.all-air) so here I go, right off the bat Erica takes my call and says we can be there between 12 and 2pm I explain to her I am at work and I dont get out till late, she assures me after a 10 minute conversation the technician will be out there and not to worry. Here it is 6pm and Christy calls me to let me know Chris was held up at the previous job but he will be there she assured me.here comes 6:45 pm and Chris knocks on my door, ready to help. He takes a very thorough look at both units (inside and outside) while Im standing next to him asking him a bunch of question (which he answered every single one) and says in a very polite way I only see two options 1. I can change the compressor, but you A/C unit is really old (20 years old to be exact) and you most likely will be calling us back to fix it again if it doesnt ruin your system completely , 2. (The one I didnt want to hear) we can replace your entire system. (Queue the scary music), but heres the funny part he says that is my opinion you could have someone else come out and take a look at it they may tell you, i'll hang around if you'd like and answer any questions you may have if they say something different but thats what I see. So I call around and the price he quoted me was fair. Christy our little A/C angel takes my call at about 9:30 in the evening to answer a few more of my questions and again answers all of them kindness and patiences, she follows up with me thru out the day of the install and calls to see how I am doing I am honestly thinking in my head they already have my money, but shes still genuinely concerned . THE NEXT DAY Van and Juan are at my home ready to install my new A/C unit, and they roll out the black carpet, no thats not a typo the actually brought a black carpet so they wouldnt dirty my floor. When I told him not to worry about it he said thank you sir but its the principal the principal I have never heard a technician speak like that, the principal? Wow. both of them work outside in the rain and not once did I here them complain. They manitianed a professional demeenor and a pleasnt attitude. Mike spoke to me earlier in the day to assure me of some financial questions I had and again answered all of my questions. I sure do ask a lot of questions uh? Over all to be fair five stars is not enough to give this company, I dont think there is enough stars in the universe to give them they really were amazing.
