The repairs were made by AutoTech Automotive quickly and professionally. The car was returned clean and in perfect condition. Every aspect of this repair was handled impressively. AutoTech Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. They were professional, courteous and the work was performed quickly. I will use them as my primary facility and highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought in my Honda for a brake repair that just couldn't wait. In fact, it was so obvious, the tech who greeted me noticed the problem right away and was very friendly about it. The tech did a thorough examination of all four brakes, and told me I absolutely needed a repair on one set while strongly recommending I replace the other set, but being honest about how much life I had in them. This I absolutely appreciate--techs that are completely straightforward and not patronizing. The work was done the same day, the paperwork was a breeze and the tech I talked to seemed interested in me as a long-term customer, rather than as a quick buck. I'm very impressed and will return here again! Autotech Automotive Service Center is one of the best service center just recently open in Charlotte independence area! Love their service!

I needed to get the 30k service done on my Nissan Sentra, called a couple of shameless-crooks...I mean, "dealerships", and was quoted $650.00!!! OMG!!! Well, than I talked to the local automotive stores and the best price I found was at AutoTech Automotive Service Center located on Independence Blvd. I decided to give them a try. I was quoted around $235.00....but ended-up paying $275.00 when it's all said-and-done. But, you know what? Still beats $650.00!!!! The mechanics and owners didn't try to push me to replace anything I didn't need, and the gentleman who helped me (I forgot his name.....an Asian gentleman) told me that they checked everything out, and the only I needed done was have my spark plugs replaced, oil and filter changed, and tires rotated.

So, if you need anything done to your car, bring it to AutoTech Automotive Service Center...also ask them for the yearly oil change program...its cheap!! you get to keep all your car repairs with one person!

Autotech Automotive Service Center was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. We both drive european cars, which can get quite expensive. I found my experience there to be everything she said. They changed the brakes, and did an oil change. I ended up saving about $175.00.Great customer serviceand prices, I would definately recommend them
