First time user of MAD. Appointment set for noon today, and I get a call delaying service until 2:00 p.m.. Sounded like they had another car to do and I was taking the back seat. Not appreciated. When I make an appointment at a set day and time I expect the service to be prompt and thorough, no excuses outside of tornadoes, hurricanes, auto accident, etc.. I should not be subjected to a businesses inability to properly set appointments so that this type of behavior is avoided. I will definitely think twice before using this service again.

I bought a Groupon and it was for mad detailing. This was the first one I ever bought. My car was Dirty and sad but thanks to Mad Detailing its glad. What a great deal and good service.

I am a groupon client and have purchased lots of groupons in the past couple weeks. I bought the groupon special from MAD and it was GREAT. I was able to book my appointment the very next day. The car looks great. I cant wait to use my other one later.

I hired them through Groupon to do a full detailing of my brother in law's SUV. The Full Detail was advertised to include a full auto waxing and carpet shampoo. Neither service was performed. I called them twice and then tried contacting them through Groupon, but no one is responding...

I used MAD's services while I lived and worked in Nashville, TN, and greatly enjoyed the ease and convienence of leaving work to find my car sitting in the parking lot, shiny and clean. I recently moved to the Tampa/Orlando area with a job transfer. I am so impressed to see that MAD is here also, so when I'm traveling between Tampa and Orlando, I can have my vehicle professionally cleaned in either city. It is the 1st auto detail service I have used to be in multiple cities doing great work. They are everywhere I go, and I love it!!

MAD Detailing came to home and detailed my car while I continued to work. They were on time and very professional. My car looked perfect after their crew finished. I was so happy with the service that I now use them weekly. I am so glad I have a great service like MAD.
