In my 1st interview at BOS Management I was offered a position as an entry level branch manager for the company. I would have to complete a 4 phase training program first to prepare me, from the ground up, in every aspect of business

In most business replacing yourself is an insult. Not only are you being laid off, but you have to replace yourself who will do it for cheaper. In this business, you have to replace yourself, or you??re not doing the job properly. I can??t think of many businesses that follow that model. Why are we in the mind frame that the potential of someone doing a better job than us scare us? What if you trained people to do a better job than you, but instead of being laid off, you make more money? Bos Management while they do things a little differently than your typical 9-5 job, Bos Management emphasizes the ability to replace yourself while you??re being promoted. In a normal job, once you??re promoted to a higher position, your old one becomes available. So who better to replace you than the person you train?
In many jobs, becoming a manager means going through training to fill that position, like learning how to do the paperwork, the inventory system if you??re dealing with a product or service, and how to deal with people. (company name) does exactly that, except once you??re done training, you are in charge of your own business that brings in steady income, with room for growth,
Now being the boss does require more effort and responsibility than being an employee. Things we take granted like showing up on time, everyday are crucial, since you??re the example for the people that are working for you. Other aspects such as leading by example. Maintaining a good attitude, and being solution oriented are key aspects of being a boss.

I was pulled in by a job advertisement and called the posted number. The "kid" (I'm only 25 and saying that!!) that answered the phone said "check it out" to me 6 times during our two minute conversation. His only question was "do you
