.

Be informed that Arizona Family Hospices administrator, Betty L. Klebanoff, has a SUSPENDED nursing license in the state of California (http://rn.ca.gov/public/rn372872.pdf). Betty L. Klebanoff does not return ANY phone calls. The one time that I was able to speak with her she skated around my complaints and would not take ownership for her staff. Arizona Family Hospice treats family members and providers disrespectfully. They do not take ownership for their mistakes. Arizona Family Hospice does not have the patient's best interest in mind. They are out for one thing, the dollar sign. They cut corners by NOT doing the things that they promise.
I would NEVER trust my family member or loved one on this hospice again. The nurses, staff and administrator are not compassionate. Their CNAs are not aware. Their website says that they treat everyone with respect and dignity, which is a complete lie. When I have dealt with Arizona family Hospice I have been treated with anything but respect. I have been hung-up on by their RN. I called 6 times in one week before I was able to reach anyone of authority to help me with one issue.
