My experience with this company was with the way they handle refunding back security deposit and dealing with problems of infestation that forced us to move out of apartment complex. First things is only reason we moved out was they were unable to get a possum infestation taken care. After 8 months of dealing with scratching and movement at night above bedroom and in walls that kept from sleeping at night and only thing manager did was apologize and stated trying to stop it, but didn't help us sleep at night. This was affecting not just our apartment but whole corner of complex. So when they approved us to move out and we received partial security deposit back I requested the invoices for charges. The two invoices for charges were so generic, one invoice had written on it was "Cleaning" and second invoice had written on it "Window Cleaning". Also need to mention we requested checklist and a walk through when moving out, but was told by email to just leave keys on counter and that apartment being fully renovated and updated so replacing carpet and everything. So apartment left well cleaned and windows were cleaned inside, but lived on second floor so to do outside was impossible and was only three windows total. So I disagreed with these two invoices and provided email from apartment manager stating do not worry about carpet and such, and when I received response back they stated that did not replace carpet they were able to clean it, which shows that was well taken care for after 8 years, and saved them money. Then I questioned how they saved money and life of carpet in lease is 8 years, and then they looked at same invoice again and responded back to me stating they misread, was for just general cleaning of apartment(but this is separate from window cleaning invoice) and they ended letter stating we will not respond to any other inquires from you, Now you should know they have a no email, no phone call policy on disputes, all communication is done through mail so after sending dispute and back and forth this draws out this whole issue for months. So I suggest if do use this company that look into and read the CA Renters Rights and taken pictures and document communication cause you will need it.

Learn to treat tenants fairly and stop charging fees and withholding security deposits for items that you shouldn't have. Maybe if did this is stop ripping people off then maybe you might have good reviews from someone, but you don't and
