I know nothing about rims. I ordered one from them a while back, gave my make and model. They sent me a rim that looked exactly the same as my other ones, but it didn't fit. When I tried to return it for the correct rim, they said it couldn't be returned because a tire had been mounted on it and I should have paid more attention. I got some story about the rims offset being different on my car depending on what year it was. I later found this to be untrue. You don't get to sell someone the wrong product then refuse to take it back. They seemed to be courteous, even offered to take the tire back and try to return it to the manufacturer. Well the pleasantries ended after I expressed concern about their intentions. The owner, Rich Bravo, taunted me to sue him the last time I spoke with him. I never had any intention of doing so, and by the time I had enough with them giving me the run around, it was too late to take action. The situation I'm in is now my fault. They have the rim I purchased, my money? and I'm sure they aren't trying to contact the manufacturer about my return (assuming they did at all in the first place). Over all, they were very helpful (or so it seemed) until they got money out of me. After that, they only seemed nice. I hope this will find the eyes of some people. Know what you're doing before you buy from dubzdirect.com, otherwise, they will take advantage of you and smile while doing it.
