.

We took our cat to get fixed here and they charged us an additional $10 because they said she was pregnant. Our cat was born April 2010 and we got her at the end of May or early June (2010) since then she has never been outside of our home and we have no other animals. When I explained this to the lady she refused to listen, after speaking with two women who would not listen they finally brought out our cat at that time I stated I would like to speak to the vet who preformed the surgery, the lady said she would go get him. After waiting for another 20 mins a lady calls me to the front to say since I dont agree with their vet that they would refund my $10 and that from now on i should go to my own vet and not come back there.
Well I could not believe how rude she was on top of the fact that they tried to charge us for a service they could not have performed!
PET OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! It just saddens me to think of how many people have taken their pet here and have been charged this same fee and their pet was not pregnant! I was lucky cause I know for a fact there was no way she could have been pregnant (did I mention she was in heat a week and a half before we took her and that I am on disability and am at home with her all day long...) but how many people have pets that go inside and outside and they could not honestly say that their pet wasnt pregnant!!! Its not worth trying to save a little to go here.
