During my 4 month job search it's clear and obvious how extensive the initial screening and background checks are for prospective employees these days. With so many applicants competing for one position, employers are looking for any reason to disqualify potential candidates. Before I started working with Reputation.com, I sensed that there may have been some positions that I had lost because employers were seeing those misleading links on the first page of my Google search. With Reputation.com's help, once those links were buried, I feel it enabled me to get past the initial screening process, which led to more interviews and eventually a great offer from my current employer. Honestly, I couldn't have done this without Reputation.com's help.

I chose Reputation.com because of the quality of the press articles they were mentioned in and how quickly I was able to speak to a live person to explain my situation. While there was an initial delay when I began the program, all my concerns were eliminated when my reputation advisor Kimani started overseeing my account. He was very responsive to my emails and I never felt rushed during our phone calls. Over the course of the next few months, the misleading link was pushed down from the first page of my Google search down to the sixth page. If a friend or family member needed the service, I would gladly recommend Reputation.com. I would tell them, "It works like they explained and please ask for Kimani--he'll take care of you."

I dislike the idea that people can find your age or anything about a person using a computer. That's not right. I didn't give permission for anyone to have access to my personal information. This is why I signed up at Reputation.com. So far my experience has been very good -- just stay ahead of the bad guys ok?

I am not an IT person nor do I have an IT person on my payroll but the whole experience was ??high-touch? as well as high-tech. I have been really pleased with the staff I worked with at Reputation.com. They took time to understand my situation and I sensed that they really cared to solve my online reputation problems.
