Quite the contrary , to the previous reviews, they are the best, Dr. Vega is great. I had my kitty's records transferred there. They are great, not quite as good as Old River but Close.

I have never had anything but wonderful help from this establishment. The staff are caring and concerned for your animal. Both visits I have made to them were appts made same day (Sat) Of course, you expect them to be busy, but even so, they took the time needed to answer all my questions and give a thorough exam. Both times, the price ended up lower then the price quoted,even with extra procedures.
Have seen Dr Johnson both times, and must say, he is one of the better vets I have taken my animals to see. Will keep giving them my business.

We have been there many times. The vets and workers are helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They get a little too busy at check out time.

I would agree its a bit pricey, but they were very caring with my pet, and their vet office was very clean. I brought my cat in for a urinary blockage and they got me in quick the vet was very sympathetic for my kitty and after I brought him home, they even called me a few times for an update on his health. I will continue to take my kitty there.

I was a new client. I waited about 30 min to get into a room. The tech suppose be their RVT could not even answer a simple question about fleas she told me I would have to wait and speak to the vet. She was nice and very educated. It was a little higher pay but I was willing to because i love my animal. I expected more good customer service, and staff that could answer my question.

This veterinary clinic charges more but takes more time to do things as well. It's cleaner than most vets, and the doctor was very nice and polite, and I had no issues with the service there. I will continue to use this veterinary clinic for the time being.

I went to this vet to have my dog spayed. It was a routine spay on healthy not in heat or pregnant dog that was about 9 pounds. It was over priced to start with but when I picked my dog up she was coughing. This lasted for about 2 weeks and when I took her back they did a bunch of test to tell me she had "Larengial Paralysis". It cost me over $700 to find out that the tube they used to breath for her in surgery they messed up and caused the damage. But no apology or anything!

I have to agree with the first review. For my last appointment they left me waiting for 50 minutes without a word of explanation or apology. Every time before that I waited at least a half hour. I don't know the reason as they never provided one. I am still looking for a vet I can trust and that doesn't leave you and your pet waiting all day.

Actually I couldn??t disagree more with the other review. I have had nothing but good service here. The Vet I have seen is incredible. I had to put a puppy down, And they were nothing but supportive and sympathetic. They even sent me a sympathy card. The only reason I had to wait is because there was an emergency, and I don??t mind waiting because if I had my Dog there for an emergency, I could want her to be priority. I love this veterinary hospital and would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

IF YOU LIKE HAVING A SCEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET IN THEN DO GO TO THIS VET. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RECEPTIONISTS WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND THEY OVERBOOK THEIR APPOINTMENTS.
