Dr. Boolbol is VERY very good - he has brought my mom A LOT of pain relief to her back and legs, but unfortunately, his admin staff is extremely sub standard. Aside from the fact that it is nearly impossible to get through to a live person (don't bother leaving a message b/c they never call back), the staff has repeatedly made the same mistake - booking my mom in the wrong time slot, which results in her not getting her epidural shot that she SO desperately needs (The docs have to share one procedure room and when it is not booked ahead, she ends up going back home in pain) and it is a struggle just to get her out of her home into the car and into the office, so you can imagine our frustration at their error!!! I wonder if Dr. Boolbol is aware of how pitiful his staff is, really a shame. If he is aware, why would he allow these people to continue working there when, in a heartbeat, they could be replaced by far more professional and capable people? Puzzling...... As great at the doc is, his staff has left us no choice but to go somewhere else.
