These guys just installed a Trane 15i, 16 SEER system in my home. They were the most professional, most courteous and best informed group of guys I've ever met in the A/C field. They were on-time, everytime, one day they were going to be a bit late due to traffic and they called me to let me know. Their engineer John B. has to be the most intelligent A/C guy I've ever met, I can't believe there are many that know more than this guy knows about HVAC systems. They are a bit pricier than some of the other A/C companies but like the old saying goes "" you get what you pay for"", and with this company you pay a bit more but you get absolutely the best your money can buy. I know I'll have a good 15-20 years with my new system because I know it was installed correctly. Thanks Wesson Air!

First of all let me say the this company installed a Trane system for me. Although it only lasted eight years they did a nice job on the install. After that unit bit the dust I bought a Payne outside unit (condenser) from them. After 1 year and nine months it developed a leak. They charged me $230.00 to find the problem which included a $150.00 for leak detection. I then was told after talking to the service manager that I was credited the $150.00 towards the repair of the unit in the estimate, something I wasn't told by the repairman. They then repaired the unit for $419.00, out of pocket = $649.00 for a unit that is 1yr 9 months old. After looking up reviews of this brand online ( I should have done that before trusting them) I found out that many people have had many problems with this brand. In my opinion, they didn't back up the product they sold me. The troubleshooting took about 1 hour 30 minutes. The repair took 1 hour 45 minutes and included the under warranty part plus a new drier. So they have 3 hours 15 minutes actual labor plus a new drier and freon. $649.00 / 21 month old unit - You be the judge.

My air conditioner - the entire system - broke Monday morning during the heat of the summer. My friend referred me to call Wesson Air. I've used them in the past (when he worked there) and was always happy with their service.\n\nThis time was no exception. They were absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, quick to come out, and kind. They truly made me feel like they cared about my problem! John B. came out and assessed my home within an hour of my call first thing Monday morning. He got 3 quotes back to me by the end of the day and went out of his way to make sure the new system was installed as promptly as could be. Kenny and Tim were the installers and I was very pleased with their friendly attitude and concern to go ""above and beyond"" installing the new system in my home. They made everything nice and did not leave a mess behind. They cleaned up after themselves. Joe came out to make sure everything was going smoothly and we had a nice conversation. I could tell he cared about the quality work, as well. Steve came out the next morning to finish up the job and get the system running for the first time and to explain the new thermostat to me. He was very kind, and worked diligently to get it running as quickly as he could. \n\nEveryone showed up early in the day as promised. And they were all clean, dressed well, pleasant, introduced themselves immediately with a handshake, and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism while maintaining a truly caring attitude. No one smoked on my property or in my house or garage; and they all arrived clean and did not smell bad. I know these two statements might sound funny, but it's important to me... it tells me a lot about the integrity of the person, as well as the company.\n\nI had an absolutely 100% positive experience throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Wesson Air! Oh, and a side note: I spoke to two other A/C companies and when I told them I was having Wesson Air do my job, they both praised Wesson Air! That made me feel even better. Another side note: most of the people (if not all of them) I dealt with at Wesson Air have been with the company for a very long time. This also made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company to replace my air conditioning system. \n\nAll in all, I have to say this is the first time in a long time where I have been absolutely 100% satisfied with the overall service of a company from start to finish. I WILL use them again for my A/C needs. \n\nThank you John, Joe, Kenny, Tim and Steve!! And thank you Wesson Air!
