I went in for an annual cleaning and they discovered that I needed a filling and a crown on another tooth. Everything went well, they put in a temp crown and I made another schedule to come back for a permanent crown. The day came and I receive a phone call for them wondering if I would be able to come in for an annual cleaning. I told them I had one the last time I went in (two weeks ago) and they told me I hadn't and I should come in 45 earlier. I get to the office and I tell them again I thought I had a cleaning the last time I was there. She then realizes that she had made a mistake and I have to wait 45 minutes for my actual appointment for the permanent crown. So, now i'm in the dentist chair and they tell me I need two root canals instead of a filling and crown. I insist they not do that and just put the permanent crown. He refused to put on the permanent crown, but the changes his mind and starts to numb me up. Not even a minute after the shot he starts to pull the temp. crown off which I scream, because I am not yet numb. They give me three more shots and then try again. I was still not numb and was in so much pain. I was sweating and tears were falling. He then refused to put the permanent one on, because I was just not going to get numb enough. Then puts the temp. back on. He then wants me to reschedule for another date. This was the worse experience of my life. I will not recommend anyone to this awful place.

I had a couple of root canals done there and had nothing but pain and issues. After having the first temp crowns placed on I was in severe pain and went back in tears and was informed that the dental assistant had made the temp crowns way too large. Then one of the perm crowns broke within the first three months, I was given a temp crown again, when I went in for the new perm crown after waiting 20 minutes I was informed that the staff were too busy to contact me to let me know that the new one hadn't arrived. Then the temp crown came off the very next day at work while I was on the phone. I informed them that I was finished with them and they offered me a whitening kit which I was insulted and declined. They continue to want to charge me my remaining balance after I had listed all of my issues to them. I had lost many days of work and countless hours of sleep. I wouldn't send my enemy there.
