DO NOT USE this company. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau. I am in the Kansas City area and they told me they were a local company over the phone, but come to find out, they just have one service tech in the Kansas City area. He showed up an hour late with passenger in his vehicle who waited in the driveway the whole time. I paid the overpriced charge in advance and now, over 2 months and $600 later, my dishwasher is still broken. The company refuses to refund any of my money. They have over 150 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and have multiple listings under similar names/addresses with BBB as well as consumer review sites including this one! They changed their KC address about a year ago from Lenexa to KCMO.

Action appliance did a great job communicating when they would be here. Cesar, their tech got right to it when he arrived and discovered the problem and offered solutions that were fast and affordable. I will use them again in the future if I have unwanted problems with my appliances. Thanks Action Appliance.
