.

I waited awhile to post this so that I could be fair and not as emotional. I trusted them with my child and I was betrayed. Beware! Check their record! Previous owner and wife of current owner was cited for child neglect due to leaving a child in a van from 9:00-2:30 on a December Day. He was forced to resign from the company. Had I known this while my child was attending, I would have pulled my child immediately. According to records this information was supposed to be prominently posted, it was not. Issues with teachers and other behavior problems with children were not addressed. You will get conflicting information from different directors and staff depending on who you ask. When I had pulled my child hand foot and mouth went through my child??s classroom three times! Staff is supposed to write up daily status sheets and half the time they were not completed. My child (under 2) was been bitten by other children multiple times in a very short time frame. I have also seen bite marks on other children; they refused to acknowledge the problem. I understand that kids bite. The first couple of times I understood, the next four, I had a problem. When I asked the acting director (and daughter of the owner) what was going on, she stated: ??Sometimes kids just get picked on more than others?. REALLY? THEY ARE ALL UNDER 2! This has not happened once at his new center. The kids at Little Lambs are either unsupervised, do not have enough toys, or have a lack of structure. One time my child was bit on the back, and it drew blood. It was found by his Doctor after I picked him up early one day for his well check. They had to watch tape to find out when it happened and who did it! Where??s the supervision????? Further, what nurturing was given to my child when it happened? There??s high turnover. At one point my child had 6 different teachers in a 3 month period. There were a couple of good teachers but management and ownership are severely lacking. When I would come in mid-day, Directors were looking at their cell phones or doing personal work on the computer (you can see computer when you turn a corner). Teachers were always playing on their phones, and not supervising. Some of them just plain yelled at the kids. There are other claims that I was warned about from other parents. I will not write them because I could not substantiate them. But if only 10% of those allegations are true, it is worse than I thought. You are warned!
