We are a small investment firm and we contacted neon Computer Services for some assistance with our technical support needs in our old SF office location. After having worked with them on a couple of projects, we decided to contract with neon computers to plan and organize our upcoming office move. We have been very pleased with the results- they took care of all our IT needs. They coordinated with all the various vendors to get the electrical, network cabling and data circuits completed in time for our move date. Everything was up and running smoothly in the correct time frame.

We were also in the market for a new phone system and they advised us on a new VoIP system that suited our needs and installed it for us. He provided the data wiring, Cisco switch and router configurations, and built us a secure VPN connection for our Windows 2003 Server system. We were really impressed with how they took the time to go over everything with us so we can do a lot of the administration of our phone and data networks by ourselves?which is great. We are really happy with the service neon computers provides?they are very efficient, trustworthy and run an excellent business. We will be clients for a long time and are the first people we recommend to our contacts for IT work.

Neon Computers does great work. I required an upgrade to my CPU to be installed and was also looking to get my laptop cleaned. He was able to do both quickly, efficiently, and professionally all for about half of what it would have cost me to just get the CPU installed elsewhere.
they answered his phone when called and kept communications when it was needed. I highly recommended Neon Computers.

Thank You, Neon Computers team was very helpful in getting ALL of my data back. A great relief. Although I had a backup I was unsure how up to date it was, so getting everything was an unexpected bonus.

I was pleased that my local computer specialist admitted that he was unable to fix the problem and recommended Neon Computers.

It was good to be kept informed of progress. An added bonus was their service for completely destroying the 'dead' hard disk free of charge, if I required.

I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

My Dektop and Laptop's run so much faster after taking them to the Neon Computers. if was fast and very afforable. if your are thinking about taking your pc to a a service store think twice... and take it into Neon Computers! :)

A friend if mine has a Seagate 320GB hard drive, still in warranty . He has returned this drive to Seagate who say they will replace the drive under warranty but, they cant recover the lost data .One of my friend suggested me Neon Computers. They are best data recovery specialist.. . Thanks to Neon Computers. they helped me out

i was looking for a great computer repair service provider in Las Vegas. As I was having some problems with the computer network in my company's office. I asked a few friends and colleagues if they had any recommendations for a good computer repair company, I heard the name Neon Computers from multiple people and decided to give them a call. The technician came on time and was able to fix my computer problems on the spot. Now my office computers are functioning with out any issues.The technicians are really professional and created a great experience. I can see now why they were recommended to me and I will be recommending them now as well

Reasonable price I was referred to the Neon Computers by my mom. I called them for my virus problem over phone, they helped me by accessing my computer remotely and fixed issues.Now my computer is working fine. And their prices were CHEAP! I will definitely be using them again!
