They have the worst worst worst customer service. DO NOT to purchase anything form them at any cost. When I purchased whole furniture set for my home I had problem since the beginning. First they promised for free delivery and later they argued for free delivery and when I receive shipment my mattress they shipped was the one that was from the store showroom( the one we saw) which had big spot on it and when we refuse to keep that mattress they said they will charge me delivery cost to replace that mattress then I said if you are not going to replace the mattress then take to whole furniture, then the manager said they will have to charge me 30% return fee. It was just so hard to deal with them. But when I told them that I??ll talk to my lawyer then the manager finally agree to replace the mattress with no extra charge.
Also I had 1 year store warranty and life time manufacture warranty on my mattress. 10 month later I saw my mattress have sunk in couple different spot and it is also causing back pain due to uneven surface. Now when I call for warranty replacement manager said that I??ll have to bring my mattress to their warehouse which is located in Maryland with my own expense because I receive free delivery this is just ridiculous I would never recommend this store to anyone. I I??ll definitely file a complaint to Better Business Bureau and it would worth if all of us who have problem with this company contact BBB to complain about their WORSTservice.
