M&D Locks & Keys

When I got home from visiting my sister, I noticed I had locked myself out of my condo. I was sooooooooo tired. I just wanted to get into bed. Funny thing, I had to call a locksmith when I was in Phili, too. What a week! Anyway, thanks for the help guys and thanks for getting to me so quickly. So nice.

Got to us quickly as promised and charged about what we expected. Would use them again.

They were so sweet to me. The locksmith asked me to write a review for him and I wasn't going to because I've never done this before, but they were so nice that I decided to go ahead and let everyone know how happy I was with their service.

He arrived very quickly and got right to work. I agree with what everyone else wrote. I'm not sure what else to say other than I'm happy I chose M&D Locks&Keys :-)

Sooooo Quick!!!!

Had to write a review for M&D because they were there before my boyfriend. I locked myself out of my car...again, and called my bf. He called M&D on his way over to meet me at my car, just to make sure I was ok and the lcoksmith got there before he did. Once there, he went right to work and unlocked my car for me just as my bf pulled up. Didn't even need him.

I won't tell you what they charged me because it was apretty good deal and I'm not sure its the same deal for everyone. Maybe the guy was just being nice to me because I looked so scared.

Yep pretty damn good.i was referred to them by this psychotic dude and never read onlne reviews because they're always a bunch of b*** sh**. maybe not. Dude saved my life - won't get into it in case my grlfrind is reading this (this is her CS account cause I don't have my own - don't think i will get one either). Back to M&D locksmith..great work, but not crazy about the guy asking me to write a review. He wanted me to do it on yelp, but yelp is lame. Still got to give him the 5 biguns tho. He did his job as good as it could be done.

I needed a locksmith in the 11230 area and M&D was out there in flash when I called. I think they try to make it their business to be the fastest locksmith in the 5 boroughs because it seemed really important to them to get out there quickly. They guy who came out also got me into my home pretty fast, too.

The cost was a little higher than I had expected, but not unreasonable. If i still lived in NY, I would definitely use M&D again, just based on their service alone.

Having locked my keys in the car, again, I did a search on my phone for a locksmith in Brooklyn, M&D was the first legitimate company that came up so I called. Good customer service on the phone and lightening fast speed. Im keeping their phone number in my speed dial.

These guys came out incredibly fast. I locked myself out of my Brooklyn apartment late at night and was pretty nervous. I didnt want to wake my neighbors so I called M&D locks and Keys. I told the guy if he came out within the hour, Id write him a good review. He was there in less than 15 minutes! What a sight to see him pull up. He went to work quickly and got me in. Actually, it was almost too quick because now Im wondering if I have enough security on my door. He said that it was locked up pretty good.

Anyway, if you are ever locked out in Manhattan or Brooklyn (actually, they cover all five boroughs) I would keep their number handy.

What I liked about this company is the guy on the phone asked me to write him a review - before he came out. how did he know I would write a good review? This could have back fired on him if he screwed up, but I am happy to report that he didn't.

I was vacationing in New York and locked my keys in my rental car. What a dope. Found several locksmiths in google with my Droid and a lot of them looked pretty shady. i called one company and they couldn't get to me for over an hour. I saw M&D's website that said they would get there in less than 20 minutes. They are a locksmith in Brooklyn and I was in Queens. Not sure how far that is as I am not from the city, but they made it, just as they promised. The car is pretty funky so it took him a little longer to get me in, but it all worked out pretty well in the end. Joe was really cool and not too expensive (though i would have paid anything he asked to get back in my car).

Classic situation. Locked myself out of my condo and he got to the upper west side in less than 20 minutes. I know they are located in Brooklyn and it was in the afternoon when there was traffic. Not sure how far he was when I called, but what speed, Batman! Don't really care because when he got there he knew exactly what to do, almost as if he had been there before. Hmm.

I gave him the proof that I lived there and filled out a few forms and was on my way. i thought for sure this was going to be a big deal - one of those things that ruined my whole day, but it really wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. I'd call M &D locks and keys if I ever need a locksmith again.
