This is not a professional organization. The driver showed up knowing our plan was to see various North County homes known for their Christmas light displays. He had no clue where to go. I had to find the homes on my phone, map them, and then monitor his route as we drive. We didn't find the first home and I gave up because it was too much work. Now for the drive. The driver acted as if he was in a race. Accelerating quickly, breaking hard, and taking turns too fast. We finally told him we had kids in the back that get car sick and could you please slow down. It got a little better but not by much and he knew it because he apologized several times when he caught himself. The ride was not relaxing and trying to eat/drink was a challenge. Either as a consequence of the bad driving or perhaps it was inevitable one of my kids gets sick in the car (and all over my wife). We immediately pulled into a convenience store where we buy a bunch of cleaning materials and proceeded to clean the mess. The driver told us there may be an additional cleaning charge and the owner (who he said isn't very understandable) will call if there is an additional charge. We never received a call from the owner but we found a $500 charge on our credit card bill. What, $500! Did he buy a new back seat? We contacted the owner and his response was you signed the contract and I lost business because the car was being cleaned. He did deduct the tip (which the driver didn't deserve) This was the maximum charge he could attach given the contract and I suspect the owner looked at this an opportunity to make a little more money. Bottom line the service is terrible, the ride will be bumpy, and if you make a mistake be ready to pay the maximum price.
