A great way to spend some time with your friends, enjoy some food and learn the history in the area you tour. A great way to see the streets you thought you knew so well! Totally worth every dollar you spend and the tour guide is

I was amazed at the variety of food we tasted. IT ranged from deli classics to dumplings to doughnuts to every kind of candy I used to eat as a child. I also really enjoyed learning about the history of the neighborhood as we walked. I often travel with one goal in mind ... get from point A to point B, and the walking tour gave me the opportunity to look around and see a familiar area in a new way.

Had such a good time on the lower east side. The food was delicious, the people were cool, and the guide was smart. I fell asleep in history class in high school, but his stories were interesting. He even made a beastie boys reference that mike d. grew up on the east side. Only have good things to say about this walking tour. Fun way to spend an afternoon. Put on your sneakers and go...

The food tour I took last weekend was worth every penny! It was a very pleasant walk around the W. Village where we saw many historical places. The tour guide Mike was great and very informative. We had so many food samples along the way that we couldn't even do dinner afterwards. I also discovered one of my favorite pizzerias in the world during this tour. Go and find out for yourself.... It is truly a great tour and I highly recommend it!

I heart Sidewalks of NY tours!!! So fun. My friends and I were visiting NYC on vacation and wanted to get a taste of real NY. We are sick of the regular tourist attractions like Times Square and Rockefeller Center. We want to see what the locals love. We went on the West Village Walking Tour and let me tell you something... You don't want to miss it. Make it a priority on your next trip to the Big Apple. I loved the rice ball from Faicco's, empanada from Havana's. The icing on the cake was cutting the long line at Magnolia Bakery and enjoying that yummy cupcake!

Lower East Side Food Tour was so much fun! Our guide, Michael was great. Perfect mix of tidbits about the food and the neighborhood. My fav was Donut Plant and Russ & Daughters bagel. Even went to Economy Candy; old school candy store with hard to find stuff. Loved it! Highly recommend even if you're a New Yorker like me.
