I took my truck in as it was not getting any fuel, the day before I took it in I put new plugs and new cap and rotor, they called me the next say to say that they found the rotor broken apart in the distributer cap, I suspected foul play because the truck was never started how could it be broken? I spoke to a manager and he was less than helpful, more condisending that normal, he also stated that he checked the fule pump and that it was working, I didnt feel right and hung up , called them back to advise I would be picking up the truck , I showed up early to find one of the mechanics or front desk guy under the hood - I think putting things back together, at this time I notice they hadnt even pulled the air flow sensor off the air cleaner- it was wired together by me so it had to be clipped to get open- on this year toyota thats how you can tell if the fule pump is working... The general manager said he was still going to charge me for a diagnosis - I said I would pay to get the truck out of there , on my way to his office I alerted him that I had called the police- this was the last straw for me , I grew up working on cars and motorcycles and can tell you these folks are dishonest, they tried to deceave and charge me for services not rendered.safe your self this kind of bad workmanship dont go to service street....

Brought my car in because it just simply died at a light. They diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil. After replacing that, they said that the distributor was bad too. After replacing that, they claimed that 3 out of 4 spark plug wires, and the plugs, cap and rotor I replaced myself 3 years prior were bad. After all that was replaced, the car was running again. All the parts they used were way overpriced... markup of 50-100% of comparable parts at an auto store. They re-assured my that it's for some 3 year warranty. Picking up the car, they forgot to put the steering column back together. On the way home, the radio and accessory port died. Took it in the next day and after an hour they couldn't fix the problem, and claimed that it's a ??new issue? and isn't covered by the warranty. They also claimed that the steering column had nothing to do with the radio. I argued with the manager for 5 minutes on how when I turn the key forward, the radio tuns on, so there must be some connection. I shouldn't have to tell a shop manager how a car works.

Frustrated, I took the car home and took a look myself. I noticed a fuse in the A/C slot (car has no A/C) but none in the Audio slot. Put the fuse in and things work again. Very incompetent employees, incredibly overpriced parts, will never go back.
