They missed several appointments without calling. The shower was half way installed and can't get anyone to come back to complete it. Leave messages with no call backs. I made a mistake and paid all but $100. Would not recommend.

The contractor was very nice and courteous, he surveyed my apartment, gave couple of recommendation, and the price i was quoted actually was the best . I expected much much more. Since the companies that came before had almost wanted double the quote Ultra Glass gave me.
