Excellent service. Arrived on time and called to change the appointment time. He was running late let me know that he was. Once the tech arrived he fixed the dryer on the spot.

*WONDERFUL SERVICE ...This company was amazing. I had a problem with my refrigerator during the course of this dilemma I lost all my food. When i woke up friday morning I went to grab milk and noticed that the milk was walk along with everything else in the refrigerator. I quickly looked online a read some of the glowing reviews about All-Star and gave them a call. I talked to a service man on the phone who calmed me down and gave me a few ideas like going to get ice to keep in the refrigerator until the technician could arrive. I went to the store and did this. I was given a time of 11-1 which was sooner than I expected considering I was calling them around 10am. After waiting maybe about an hour I received a call from Eric the technician saying he was on his way in about 20 minutes. I was so grateful that they were on the way. When Eric arrived he had a smile on his face and was really friendly and kept my composure. He told me this was going to be a simple repair and would be fixed today on the stop. He walked out to his little truck which was label All-Star and came right back in with a little part. It sounded like he did this kind of repair often. Within about 30-40 minutes of arrival he told me it was all fixed. The refrigerator was humming like it normally did and he let me feel the cold air pouring out. He explained how the refrigerator worked and and everything. Wow this was wonderful. He used his Iphone to write a service ticket and it was sent to my email within seconds. They even honored the coupon which I forgot to print. All in all 3 days later the refrigerator is working amazing and I feel confident that I will use All-Star in the future. I even handed some of the business cards to neighbors that he gave me. Really thank you guys. I know we couldn't save all the food but you managed to save some of my frozen goods and these days with money and food costing so much money we can't afford to wait for service and throw away food. I have their number saved in my phone for future repairs even though the service was great I hope im not looking for a repair anytime soon. At least I know my refrigerator is in good hands.

RE ALL STAR APPLIANCE-TOWSON

January 4, 2013: All Star rep Eric came to our house per service call after dishwasher flooded all over the kitchen floor and leaked into our basement.. The apptmt was scheduled for between 11 am and 1 pm. He was late?.he apologized (apptmt was between 11 am ?? 1 pm). No problem. I know?.hese things happen.

Eric couldn??t find anything wrong; dishwasher seemed to run without any back-up problems. Isn??t that always the case? He took a check for $65 and assured us that if the dishwasher malfunctioned again within 90 days, All Star would come and resolve the problem without another $65 service call fee.

January 12, 2013: Problem recurred albeit without the flood. Approx. two inches of water remained at the bottom of the dishwasher after running it. (Note: Since Eric??s visit, we had run the machine twice without a problem.) Called All Star that morning. Eric answered and said he would call back in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes came and went. About an hour later, we called and left VM. Later, we called again and left another VM. We never heard back from Eric.

January 14, 2013: I sent an email to All Star via their website. Eric called that evening and we scheduled an appointment for the following day between 11 am ?? 1 pm. He did not offer an apology for failing to follow up on our Saturday calls.

January 15, 2013: Where??s Waldo????? Eric neither showed up nor bothered to call. I tried to contact All Star later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the VM box was full and unable to accept new messages.

January 16, 2013: I called again and was able to leave a VM this time. Advised that I was extremely unhappy with my All Star experience.

BOTTOM LINE: IMHO, don??t do business with this outfit. They either don??t know what they are doing or they just don??t care.

Apparently the owner, Eric Solomon, does not care about his company or customers. After over a month of arriving late or not at all and not returning calls and texts, I have given up. DO NOT USE ALL-STAR APPLIANCE REPAIR in Baltimore unless you want to be completely disappointed. At this point, I am owed money for my time and the money I paid.

Dont believe the previous reviews I believe they are friends and family. There is no way you have all 5 star ratings all feeling your the best since sliced bread and not one person feel you were less then perfect. I called these people on a Monday was not able to get an appointment until wed evening was told that I would be charged 100-150 for the work. Appointment time came and they did NOT show up! Called from the truck stuck in traffic and would be late, but never showed. Called on Thursday evening (Eric) with an apology and offered to come on fri to do the repairs and give a 40% off discount. Came on Friday stayed all of 10 min putting a part on and charged me the lower of the two amounts originally quoted. Went to use the dryer and NOTHING! Before they fixed it at least it came on, so I called them back. Had to wait for another 3 days for an appointment. My nephew waited for erik since i was at work. Erik came and was in and out in 10 min again! PTried the dryer when I got home and no luck! It s back to the original state before repairs started. It spins clothes get hot and stay moist no exhaust. Except now im missing screws on the back of my machine that had NEVER been worked on until now. So what did I pay for? Called back. I was told by Eric that he will call me back in 10 min. ITS BEEN 8 DAYS! I m still waiting... Will file a report with bbb today
