I have been having problems with my 2006 SRX for months now and feel I am getting the run around. Just four weeks after having my oil changed it is completely out and they said this is normal? Then they stated my fuel pump needs cleaning and the injection system needs work and it will be $500! Also, $175 to change the light bulb for the front right blinker. I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and wonder why!

We purchased an Escalade out of state and chose Cadillac of Bellevue for service. We have taken the car in two times now for service and could not be more pleased with the results. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and great to work with. Both times they have fit us in quickly and our repairs were done perfectly. I highly recommend Cadillac of Bellevue. Two thumbs up!

Brought my Cadillac CTS here for regular oil changes and maintenance. Regular oil changes were terrible, service techs consistently failed to even put an oil change sticker on window. I do not believe they even rotated the tires, which is part of the premium service.

Took 4 service appointments for the service techs to confirm the torque converter and rear differential problems. Each time we picked up the vehicle the existing problems still were there and there were new issues as a result of whatever repair was done.

On my last visit on the September 16th, the service department completed the torque and rear differential repairs. When we picked up the vehicle, we still had an existing issue of the back end shuttering and cranking noises during tight turns. We had an additional issue with acceleration problems.

Took the vehicle down to another Cadillac dealership who confirmed that Bellevue techs failed to add the additives to the rear differential. On top of that we were told the vibration of the car was a result of a bad tires.

We're meticulous about our vehicles and have it serviced at the dealerships in hopes that we would get better service. Never at anytime did Bellevue tell us about the tread wear. It was to the point where it was unsafe to drive on the road yet they released the car to us.

The tires seemed like they were never rotated during oil changes. Upon examining the tires, we do not believe the tires on the car were ours since we would of noticed the very low tread.

All in all, when we confronted Bellevue Cadillac they denied any wrong doing or took accountability for their shoddy service.

Once we looked up their BBB ratings we then realized Bellevue Cadillac had a history of consumer complaints and never responded to any of the BBB inquiries which resulted in them receiving a rating of "F".

The lesson learned is to check the BBB before visiting any service or retail establishment. I strongly caution folks to stay away from this Bellevue Cadillac. Our car is worse off now then before we brought it in to Bellevue Cadillac.

Bought a used Saab Aero Sportcombi of their lot. Car was filthy in and out when I checked it out, even though I phoned ahead and said I was coming to see the car. Salesman was personable, didn't know much about the history of the car, but had the Carfax available on my arrival to look at. They agreed to my offer on the car which was way below KBB and even below Edmunds TMV for dealer retail. Had written into the deal that some minor body work had to be done along with a full inside and out detailing of the car. Car was not in excellent looking condition, asked that it be brought up to that before I picked it up. Overall the intial purchasing experience went well and I found the staff to be friendly and not high pressure at all.
On taking delivery of the car, one of the minor body dings I written into the deal to be repaired had not been done. Stains still remained on the interior head liner, and I fould old crumbs in some of the cracks and crevices on further inspection, paint job was also in need of a thorough waxing. Obviously a thorough dealing was not done, only a cursory one. Very dissapointed that a 'high end' car dealership would feel right about delivering a car in this condition, especially one three years old with only 28,000 miles on it. Dealer said they would fix anything I was not happy with, but several phone calls have gone unreturned. Apparently you have to be a pest to get something done with this dealership once they have your money.
Have my first service appointment with them tomorrow to repair the body ding they didn't take care of. Will see how the experience with service goes. I wouldn't avoid this dealership, just be aware that you may have to be persistent to get any issues resolved.

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.
