.

Josh kllled it. Totally calling these guys again. Pick up was ready at 705PM. Delivery arrived at my door at 711PM.

CONTEXT.

I got home from work just after 6PM one mid-week night.
Traffic still on the brain.
Tired. Hungry. [bordering cranky chick, sounds like switch]
Craving food from Pauline's which doesn't deliver.
Having heard about TCB Courier, I thought, 'Let's give it a shot tonight. Worst case, I get back in the car and roll-down to Pauline's myself.'

PROCESS.
I called their number at about 610PM. Got voice mail. Left a message saying, 'Hey, I'm interested in a delivery. Hoping to try you guys tonight. How does this work? If not, will try some other time.'

Josh called back within a minute...got my voice-mail. I called him back. He said, make sure the order is ready at whatever location, tell him the name the order's under, tell him when it should be ready for pick up.

I called Pauline's. Paid by credit card. Told them that TCB Courier is picking up. They said, 'It'll be ready five after 7 o'clock.'

I called back Josh...to let him know when to pick up and my address. [i sent an extra text telling him a less vertically-insane route to my house, but I think he already knew better.]

When he arrived, he seemed to want to prepare me for any damage that might've happened to the pizza on the ride up.

RESULT....

We opened the pizza and salad...Everything was perfectly in tact.

Next time I'm craving something but don't want to venture out, I'm calling these guys. Show some love to the local boys on bikes.
