I just wanted to let anyone who is considering listing an ebay item with this company that they might want to think twice. I emailed them with a question about a very expensive item that I was seriously considering as a purchase, and received a reply that showed no knowledge of the item and no desire to help. I followed up with another question and received no reply at all. I feel bad that someone could have sold their item if the company cared enough to answer my questions. I guess they figure it's not money out of their pockets, and I think whoever might consign with the company deserves to know my experience.

This guy is an excellent compuer repair professional. He answered all of my questions. He was quick and gave a great price for upgrading my hard drive! I also had him repair my LCD laptop screen while I was there! First in class company here in Dayton, OH for anything computer repair related!!!
