I signed up with Pat to be my trainer back in March of 2011. I planned on hiring her for only 1 day a week , but she advised me that 2 days a week at minimum would be better. We came to a mutual agreement that for a reduced rate I'd hire

I've been training with Pat for 6 weeks now and she has definitely give me a new outlook on what exercise is about. My body is much stronger and my energy level is through the roof. She tailors her workout program to suit your needs and fitness level. She will put your body to work but it is all worth it. The bottom-line is if you want to transform your body and life within 3 months Pat is your trainer.
