"Bait & Switch Operation!! Beware of these guys as they are not a real company and they do not have a business located at the address they list on 6th Avenue. They are part of a nation wide locksmith ring who are ripping people off all across America. They quote low prices for their service then when the technician arrives, he jacks up the price 3 or 4 times the original quote, then they force you to get money from a cash machine. Their favorite targets are women and elderly folks who are locked out of their car, home or business. BEWARE OF THESE THEIVES!!

These A-Holes tried to rip me off!! Came out to my house to rekey 3 deadbolts and tried to charge me $600.00!! I told them no F-ing way then they said $300.00, then $250.00. I told them to get lost and called a reputable company who charged me under $150.0 and gave me 5 free keys. These guys will screw you if you let them, thats their game. I would never hire this company or reccommend them to anyone. Just dont call them, Period!!

Scam Artists! These guys stuck it to me but good! Charged me three times what they quoted to unlock my car, but graciously let me pay with my credit card. The next week, charges started appearing on my card from places over in Europe where I have never been. Oh ya, did I mention that the guy who opened my car was driving an unmarked vehicle and had a European accent. Hmmmm.....I would stay clear of these thieves.

I found this service in a Google search and happy of the results! First the it was late and I appreciate someone answering my phone call at this hour! The locksmith arrived in good spirits and promptly took care of my lockout issue! A wonderful feeling!

Unfortunately I went through a car key cutting service with another company and it was sort of complex, because it was time consuming just to get the key cut correctly. I must say, I did not experience such with this company, they know how to cut keys.

Locked out of the car at the Northgate Mall and was very upset. RNA Locksmith came through like lighting. The guy got there 15 minutes after the phone call and popped the lock. I was very satisfied with this type of response and will use their service again!

This turned out to be a lovely day. I lost my wallet and keys as well and was not able to get into my car or place. I called RNA Seattle Locksmith. They promptly got to me and cut me a key for the car. The Locksmith was nice enough to accompany me to my place and provided a key for this lock as well. I really appreciate good service like this.

The fastest quality service in the city. I was locked outside of my car and needed help immediately. The women over the phone was very helpful, sincerely kind. My technician was on site within 15 mins of the call. He was very nice, kind, professional and gave me a a very reasonable price.

I found RNA Seattle Locksmith Service on the web, called them and immediately got an appointment for that afternoon. The tech who showed up was Zak. He figured out what was wrong, explained my options and advised me on how I could save a lot of money in this repair.
