My computer completely "freaked out." I called ClickAway right away. Moss answered the phone. I brought my desktop down right away. I am so lucky Moss answered my phone call; he was amazing. He went way above and beyond to help me.

Great service. Roy and Paul are wonderful. They believe that good customer service will bring back people, and don't pressure you to buy now. Went in and got information, waited a day and then went back to purchase an iphone 4S. Great experience. I got an otter cover for my phone that was ripped, but Paul said, "take it home and I'll order another and keep in touch." Called twice to let me know the status, and today I got my new case. Roy spent 20 minutes installing and taking great care of me. You will enjoy the experience. These guys are great!

After months of wireless issues I called ClickAway to do a house call(I called the geek squad first but ..... another story)?Jeff from ClickAway arrived on time. I explained the problems and one hour later one very happy customer. My Mac, pc and printer are all talking to each other, wireless for the first time in months.?Jeff also cleaned up my computer and I can see a change on its speed. ?Would I use them again YES. Would I recommend them YES.

Bhim is my knight in shining armor! My Lenovo got taken over by malware and lost access to *all* my files. My husband (a techie) found ClickAway through very positive recommendations on Craigslist, and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon with my seemingly unsolvable problem. Bhim first managed to retrieve a few files I needed to be able to continue working that night (and stayed past business hours to do this); he then stayed in close phone contact with us to give us updates, since it was touch and go about what might or might not be recoverable. In the end, the computer has been fully restored -- and while I'm sure the damage from some viruses would not be fix-able no matter how savvy the expert, I can say from this experience that Bhim handled a dire situation extremely professionally. I am 110% delighted with the result, and would definitely go to him again (although I hope I don't have to!)
