One star is One star too many...I would not give this place ONE dime of my money or my time, unfortunately they already took me for mine.

I had scheduled my appt. with Dr. Tabler at Healthsource on NW John Jones Dr. Burleson, TX it was May 9th at 2:30 pm. I TOOK OFF 1/2 day of work to make this chiropractic appt, I arrived as asked 30 min prior to my appt. for paperwork. I then was seen by Dr. Tabler who felt my back, stated it was tense and knotted, took x-rays and I was told to make another appointment and come back another time.

My Groupon was supposed to cover a treatment and adjustment, which was refused to me and I was informed again to make another appt. and come back another time.

I explained that this was not possible as I had already taken off a half-day of work for this and wanted my treatment and adjustment as the Groupon states.They informed me they "do not work that way", in a very snippy, condescending way.

So then please tell me why their own fine print on my Groupon states:

The Fine Print

Expires 180 days after purchase.
Limit 1 per person, may buy 5 additional as gifts. Appointment required.(Must use promotional value in 1 visit.)

And my Groupon states that it is good for:

Chiropractic Treatment Package

Consultation (a $55 value)
Exam (an $85 value)
X-ray as needed (a $95 value)
Treatment Plan findings report (a $55 value)
Initial treatment (up to a $135 value)
Adjustment

I received NO Treatment Plan findings report, NO initial treatment, AND NO
Adjustment. They point out that their time is valuable by having me make an appt., it's unfortunate that I was not treated the same. I would like a full refund to say the least. I only wish I could receive my 1/2 days pay back as well. I left this establishment feeling ripped off and given that this was my first experience with a Chiropractor, I am very disappointed.
