Prompt service. The technician showed up at the appointed time and was able to fix our problem. He took the time to answer our questions about other features of the tv. I would recommend this business to a friend.

Called up, very courteous, polite and genuine, my Phillilp's Plasma has not worked in over a year. I did my research online, went to Frazer, confirmed that I had two bad capacitors linked to the power supply, left my deposit, he fixed the problem and was ready in two days. TV works like new...Hope I dont have any other TV's in my house that go bad, but if I do I know who to call....10 out of 10! Thanks!

My TV broke just before the Stanley Cup final game. I called Frazer TV and they had a tech out quickly. He found out what was wrong with my TV and ordered a part. He came out with the part the next day and fixed it. Sadly the Flyers lost.

We had someone come out to our house to give us a $60 estimate - understanding that the fee would go toward repairing our tv. Only to be called 3 days later and hear that they no longer carry our part and that they can't give us the estimate we paid for. Can't they GET the part? Or point us in some direction towards repairing our television? The woman who spoke to my husband was beyond rude and when I called back moments later - all I got was the answering machine. Not a way to do business. I would NOT recommend using this company.

I actually thought I already wrote a review.\n\nThe owner came out to my place over 25 days ago and never once contacted me to update me on the process or status of my repair.\n\nI left voicemails and multiple message were taken by the receptionist. She claimed she would return my messages or the owner would, neither happened on multiple occasions.\n\nI then had the pleasure of calling and asking for my $60 refund. I was told it wasnt refundable because they provide a service. I thought that was funny, because my TV sure still doesnt turn on. I guess you pay $60 at this place for some loser to come to your house and tell you that your TV is broken.\n\nSingle worst service experience I have ever had, and the owner is smug, undeservedly condescending, and arrogant. In the end, I feel bad for people that need the $60 that bad....

I actually thought I already wrote a review.\n\nThe owner came out to my place over 25 days ago and never once contacted me to update me on the process or status of my repair.\n\nI left voicemails and multiple message were taken by the receptionist. She claimed she would return my messages or the owner would, neither happened on multiple occasions.\n\nI then had the pleasure of calling and asking for my $60 refund. I was told it wasnt refundable because they provide a service. I thought that was funny, because my TV sure still doesnt turn on. Its been almost 1 month since my TV has broken. They came out on a Saturday and handed me a claim ticket saying the part will be in around 2 weeks ""hopefully"". Well 2 weeks comes and 2 weeks goes. I give them a call and they say oh it'll be another week. I write an email never to hear a response. So I call them a week and a half later and the answer is it will be in next week. So I ask, well that is what I heard last week that it would be in this week, are you going to tell me that next week when I call that it'll be next week and so forth and so on? So we are closing in one 1 month with no TV and NO CALL BACKS about the part!!!!!
