Fantastic Movers! We've been using ASAP for at least 3 years now and they are always the best. I have never paid for anything that wasn't specified over the phone. They offer a 100% no hidden fee guarantee so I really wouldn't listen to the negative reviews on hidden charges. Seems someone is writing silly reviews. My recommendation would be for you to speak directly with Angela. She's always friendly, polite, and accurate with the quotes she gives. It's a shame to see the slander. I originally called and was told that there would be no outrageous charges or billing for traveling to and from my home. And was not notified as to any specific billing techniques. When the movers arrived - they originally started moving items, but at a leisurely pace. The previous moving company I used, moved me in an out of this specific apartment within 40 minutes, it took ASAP one hour. Then as we were about to leave to the second stop, I was told it was not on the paperwork. I specifically noted a second stop to the secretary who even said she would look up the specific address of the storage spot I was using, to help me out since I was not at a computer. As we left the second stop, the driver wanted to stop at a gas station to fill up because he was on empty. He had only driven a total of 5 miles for me. How was he on empty? And take note - the time to fill up was going to be charged into the total time of moving me at a hit of $80 per hour. Finally arriving at my final destination, it took the movers approx 3 hours and 15 minutes to move me. But I was not told until right around going over the third hour by the men moving us, that we would be charged for the entire four hours of moving. I balked and he originally said - we'll just say we moved you in 3 hours so you don't get charged the other $80 for only a few more minutes. Yeah, that didn't happen. And the mention of not charging a surcharge for driving to and from my place? Yeah, that was a lie. I was charged for that.

I will never use these movers again. Over charged, and completely unprofessional.

And what's worse. I'm a returning vet from Afghanistan that was moving into my first real apartment since coming home. Thanks for the welcoming gift...

I'm very surprised that ASAP doesn't have more reviews out there. They were a wonderful company to deal with. I had no complaints during or after my move and all of my equipment and supplies came free. What moving company do you know with no hidden charges? I recommend them highly.

My moving experience with ASAP was fantastic! Quick and Efficient! I had no complaints and my final bill fell well within my expectations. I ended up needing storage right in the middle of my move and they provided me with the solution without skipping a beat. I don't see why past negative reviews. I will use them again! 5 stars!!!

Moved with these folks in December. HORRIBLE experience. First, they don't tell you until after the move that they charge 10% if you want to use a credit card. They were late, took longer than estimated, small amount of damage to property and the company has refused to stand behind their work. The contract specifies you have 72 hours to notify them via registered mail of any problems. 72 hours to unpack and inspect ALL of your household goods. The owner (Angela Teague Bardon) is at best rude -- after the sale. There are too many other reputable movers in town. Why use a company that overcharges, runs a cash only business (I hope the Colorado Dept of Revenue is listening), is rude, and breaks your household items?
