Crooks!!!!!!! I got the same shaftingas Amanda, Skeeter, and others. The guy made me wait in the cold for 40 minutes after I locked myself out of my house, then gave this long explanation of how difficult my lock would be to get into, and said $280 plus the $25 call charge. Of course at that point, I've been locked out of 1.5 hours, had appointments I had to get to and based on his explanation of the level of difficulty, I agreed to pay the $305. Then the crook got out an old fashioned lock pick and it took him literally 10 seconds to open the door! I hope you all have disputed any charges if you paid by credit card. As one reviewer said, the address isn't even legit. I have looked up the secretary of state business registration website and there is no record of Mike'sLocksmithat that address.

SCAM ARTISTS!\n\nCalled because we got locked out of our apartment. Over the phone they told me $29 plus labor... That's where all of the HIDDEN FEES started charging up. Technician arrived and informed us that if he had to drill the door it woul cost 169.. After 2 seconds he was able to pop open door and then told me to pay $198 for 2 seconds of work.. I called the office to verify amount and the guy over the phone had no answers. After I ask if he took Credit Cards he had me walk to his van and sign the reciept, his hand was covering the amount after I look at it I noticed it said 249! At that point I asked why it was that amount and he gave some response about an additional ""service fee""! DO NOT USE FIDELITY LOCKSMITH! They will scam you hardcore.

I called to have my van key made as I am a youth pastor and needed it to take the kids on a convention trip. Fidelity was here in less than an hour and had the key re-made. He went above and beyond what was expected and I would highly recommend. He also cut me a second key for a fraction of the price, all with a smile?.. Talk about professionalism.

Fidelity Locksmith completed a job of rekeying my locks and installing a peep hold for my new home. The technician David was very professional and very considerate of my time, knowing I had to pick up my kids from soccer, and made it an effort to finish as quickly as he could. I would use him again and recommend anyone to use this company as well.

I purchased a home with an AMSEC floor safe. Fortunately I called Fidelity and spoke to NICK who ordered a hydraulic lift for the door and sent Freddie to the house for a combination change. Freddie was very thorough and also fixed some previous damage to the deadbolt. I thought the work was well done and Freddie completely cleaned the lock and dial. I would only use fidelity for future locksmith repairs.

I recently had my home re-keyed today. Tony called ahead and let me know when he was about 1/2 hour away, did the task I had asked him to do, and also did several other adjustments and security enhancements. They were Very professional, courteous and personable. Great value and work!!

We used Fidelity to move a heavy safe - twice! We were installing new floors, and needed the safe moved out of the room, then returned to a different location within the room. They handled our possessions as though they were owners, and were able to 'get creative' to resolve complications. Highly recommend this company.

I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with Fidelity Locksmith. I called FIDELITY and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour Matt called and said he was on this way. He was here within a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last guy, i.e. tumbler pins etc. that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fixed it.\nWill I call Fidelity Locksmith in the future you bet I will and I will be sure to ask for Matt. He's the best!!!\nThanks again Fidelity and thanks again Matt for being professional, courteous and really caring about my families safety and security. \n

The review on here are hilarious -- one of the employees must have told their friends to write good reviews. CHECK THEIR YELP REVIEWS -- every single person that has written a review has given them a one-star rating citing dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and above all else shady hidden fees. This is my review:\n\n Why I called: I lost my mailbox key and needed to replace the lock on my mailbox.\n\n When I called: I was told that it would cost $35 for a technician to come to my home, plus whatever the cost of the lock, which start around $35. I made an appointment for 3:00PM.\n\n What happened: The technician came at 4:30PM. Fine, whatever. He drilled through the old lock, and tried several locks before replacing it and handing me two keys. Time spent: 15 minutes.\n\n And then, the receipt:\n $35 for the technician listed under an 'emergency services' fee. This was not an emergency but fine the receptionist/'manager' stated that there would be a $35 charge, even though the technician came an hour and a half late.\n $65 for the mailbox lock. Kind of pricey but ok.\n $55 for hourly labor charge for 15 minutes of work THAT WAS NOT STATED OVER THE PHONE.\n Another $48 because I didn't have a key and the technician had to drill the lock. WTF?? What did I just pay the $55 hourly labor fee for?? Apparently, drilling is not included in the labor fee and has its own charge. The technician did not tell me this when he started drilling nor did the receptionist/manager say anything when i made the appointment.\n\nTotal cost to change a mailbox lock: $209. A far cry from the original ""$35 plus whatever the lock cost"" quote. BS.
