I took them a guitar amp that I had been struggling to get fixed at other places, but no matter how much money I ended up paying, my amp never got fixed. Finally I was referred to Mr. E's. I took my amp in, and needed it back in a week for a charity event, and he called me back within 3 hours!? I had been trying for weeks to get this thing fixed, and spent well over $200 trying to get it fixed without success, and I got it fixed within the day for under $150! I played my gig and its still working solid!

Heard he was having some issues, (if you havnt noticed the 1 star ratings below) but I'd have to say this guy is alive and kickin!

Has had my gear for many months, will not answer his phone, voicemail is always "memory full," when I stop by the shop just to pick up my unrepaired gear, either he's not there or he does not answer the door, DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. I don't even know if the place is functioning or not . . . just want my gear back, cannot get it. Thinking of hiring a lawyer. Ridiculous.

Took him 2 keyboards a roland rd-700 and a korg m1. He fixed them in a day. They are in great working condition now. Liked the service so much i left him another keyboard to fix. Thats over $4000 in equipment i have left him now.. btw i have never heard of a $2000 casio.

mailed my Casio keyboard to MR. E's electronics...back in June 2009 ..it is now Dec 2009..they still have it. Wont return my phone calls. TRACY EMBERSOLD. YOU need to CALL me IMMEDIATELY. I expect MONEY to replace this keyboard or the keyboard in working condition.

Tracy Embersol's answering machine is currently another sob story regarding his mother in law passing away. By the way TRACY is DIVORCED. Last time I spoke to him he was crying over a divorce. What does that matter? I was going through a divorce too! Get over it Mr.Embersol. PLEASE give me something nice to say about you.
Stop making excuses man up and take care of your business!
I want my board back! June will make it ONE year that this man has had MY keyboard. Tell me how professional is that? IT isn't! I'm contacting Casio again. SOMEONE owes me a keyboard. Either CASIO for referring me to this shady businessman.Or Tracy Embersol for STEALING my keyboard. Tracy PROMISED me that he would have my keyboard back to me before the end of JANUARY 2010,that was in DEC 2009. Well GUESS WHAT...he LIED to me again. I'm so very frustrated. I wish he would give me my board back. Please Please Please...give me my keyboard back.I'm sorry your life sucks but enough is ENOUGH. This experience is adversly effecting my life.

Rhodes was fixed with 24 hours.
Lots of problems with Roland keyboard. Too many that were not written down and too many good things that took place to help this customer in this repair to help this customer even if this is how he feels. Blessings to him and to each person who comes to this shop for a repair.

The words speed, fast, quick, or now are not in the above sentence. Quality is not easy, cheep or free.

Horrible experience?took keyboard?took over month?got my stuff prioritized by giving TRACY EBERSOLD cash..said it?s quicker that way?got my gear back n worse shape..
1) Keyboard1 (Korg Triton):
Problem before MR E?s: sticking keys, needs cleaning, and new buttons..
After: lost all my music/patches/everything..MEMORY DUMPED?
2) Audio/Midi Interface (Edirol)
Problem before MR E?s: buzz in channel 2.
After Mr E?s: buzz out of headphones, still buzzes in channel 2, poorly reassembled
3) Keyboard 2(fender Rhodes);
Problem before MR E?s: Needs tuning, needs to replace tines, damper pedal
After MR E?s: still needs tuning, needs to replace some tines, added a part that doesn?t work, charged me for labor and the part is super-glued in the wrong place?

How is this an authorized technician?
1.)he had a shop full of equipment that had been there untouched/unorganized/unstable,
2.) the phone keeps ringing and he doesn't answer it, ignores it, and lies?
3.) gives knowingly bad information about service..time estimate?that he?s working on it..who?s working on the equipment.
3.)he's got kids who don't know what they're doing, that are posing as authorized technicians
4.)he uses equipment as experiments...
don't say you weren't warned!!
