His website appeared reputable, package ideal, price was reasonable. So I decided to book him.

I spoke with Dan (the owner) 1 year prior to my wedding, he told me the date was available and he would be the one doing it. After signing the contract a few months following he informs me that he has another wedding will be sending 1 of his ??trusted? shooters. Not happy?I complied and did some research on this ??trusted? shooter who had experience in the field so I felt a bit reassured.
1 MONTH after my wedding I contact Dan to follow up on the progress since I haven??t heard from him at all (website said you should receive the video within 30 days). He informed me he was backed up with editing and it will be another 3 weeks

1 MONTH LATER-still no contact from him. I follow up again to check the progress. He tells me sorry I??ve been really backed up with editing and it??s going to take at least a month-6weeks. I??m swamped with editing and graduate school. I could rush it but then it wouldn??t be as good. I will keep you posted?
2 MONTHS LATER?No contact from him. So we call. He called back & tells us we will have the videos within 10 days.
1 WEEK LATER- informs us that he would like to be in contact with our photographer to get 10-15 pictures to FILL IN our video with because there were ??some camera difficulties during the ceremony? ??some gaps? and he would like to ??artfully insert them? and He is ??sorry this has been such a slow process, but honestly there are 15 other brides who have also been waiting for their videos, we are swamped, 1 of my people in my studio left plus I started graduate school? (NONE of WHICH I should have to suffe. If u can??t handle the work don??t get into the business or give timeframes on your company website that can??t be followed through with-??false advertisement??) I expressed how upset I was and that I paid for a video not still pictures, I paid the photographer for that!
2 DAYS LATER- The missing gaps miraculously appeared!!?? What do you know! ?he apologized and offered to give us 4 edited DVDs and a highlight reel & raw footage free of charge. Great! ?.he then states ??I promise you I will have everything in the mail in the next 10 DAYS??right

?you may have guessed whats next?.
OVER 10 days come & go with no word of Dan and nothing received in the mail. My husbands calls him & informed him that we will be seeking legal action. He calls us the next day to explain that what has been going on is the ceremony is in tact however the wedding reception has missing audio, all of the audio for the best man & father of the bride speech is GONE. He offers to refund us $500 dollars for our troubles and will be sending the DVDS in the mail with the check.

The videos arrive- Every single 1 of them are blank!!!!!!! We call him and he nonchalantly explains he switched a few DVDs up by accident and sent blank ones.

The next set of DVDs arrive?.excited to finally have our DVDs in hand!!
Then we sit down to watch them?.The entire audio is about 15 seconds delayed from the picture, so no words are going with the people speaking. Not ONLY are our best man & father of the bride speech gone but our entrance into the reception is SILENT, no audio, our 1st dance has the song dubbed over (so it WAS silent), and to add injury to insult the song randomly starts over 1 minute into our dance. Audio during the bouquet toss, garter removal, cutting of the cake is random other areas is screeching and chopped, not able to make out the music or what is being announced by the DJ. The video then goes black or white throughout. There are some shots of the ceiling, then the floor. Finally broken down at this point, crying I call him hysterically asking how he could send someone a product like this!? I paid him to capture one of the most important days of my life and it??s gone, years to come I wanted to look back and hear my father??s speech- I can??t do that. He than calls back & admitted that Dan took the wrong camera that couldn??t capture the proper amount of footage, something went wrong with the audio and apparently he hired a ??engineer? of some sort to fix it but with no avail. He advised me to watch the video online and write down all the areas where the video and/or audio goes back and email it to him and he will edit it and get it back to me along with a FULL refund of the remainder.
That was 2 MONTHS ago?.and as you may assume by the previous pattern we still have no video & are still being told he??s swamped.

Although it is nice to have to pay for the disaster unfortunately all the money in the world cannot bring back my wedding day, my father??s speech, the best mans speech, our 1st entrance as husband & wife, or our 1st day. I write this solely and entirely to spare other brides from an experience like this, be cautious,invest the money into an experienced, well-known company and at all costs avoid Spring Garden.
