Just thought I would send you a note to say Hi and that everything is great with the house. We are there almost 2 years now and we love it. It is great to hear Louise say how much she loves the house and the location. This is almost a daily occurrence.

I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our indoor pool that was built by Dawson Lupul Builders in our home in . As you know we have 5 kids and they and lots of their friends use it almost daily. Dawson Lupul Builders did a superior job and we get many compliments on it. I have attached the picture for you to see. Thanks again for installing yet another fantastic space for our family and friends to use year round and especially on those cold winter days.

We picked Dawson Lupul Builders to build our home because of the outstanding quality of workmanship in the houses we toured that Dawson Lupul Builders built and the recommendations of people we knew who had built with Dawson Lupul Builders. The building process was actually easy. Dawson Lupul Builderss expert team helped us with the many details of the design process. Every member of the Dawson Lupul Builders team, from the architect to the designer, subcontractors, project managers, and others were all detail-oriented experts who designed and built us a high quality, lovely home. Furthermore, change orders during the build can be very costly with other builders. When we wanted a change, no matter how big or small, there were no additional fees, just the difference in cost from what we originally planned. If it cost less, Dawson Lupul Builders subtracted the difference from the original bidif it cost more than the original bid we paid only for the additional amountNo blueprint change fees or other unseen fees. And now after two years living in our home we can say that Dawson Lupul Builders has also provided great follow up on small incidentals that required adjustment. Building with Dawson Lupul Builders was really an easy and pleasurable experience. We just love our Dawson Lupul Builders home! If we build again, we would choose Dawson Lupul Builders again without hesitation.
