We have been taking our cat, Jumbie, to Noah s Ark (the sister hospital to South Salem Animal Hospital) for the past 7 years since moving to the area. Over the years Jumbie has been so lucky to be treated by the amazing doctors and team at Noah??s Ark, and to able to stay at the ??cat hotel? when we needed to board her. Jumbie was a large feral cat and could be extremely aggressive when she was not happy, so the fact that all of the veterinarians and staff were so wonderful with her speaks volumes about their practice and about each of them individually. We were beyond heartbroken last week when we lost Jumbie to kidney disease. The only thing that made that difficult time manageable was the kindness of Dr. Hubsher, Dr. Grader and the entire staff at both Noah s Ark and South Salem Animal Hospital. They made her final days as comfortable and peaceful as possible, and they could not have been more kind and generous to my husband and me. We do not have any children, so we will likely open our home to more furry kids again soon, and look forward to bringing them to Noah s Ark so that they get the best care from the best team! No words could ever adequately express our appreciation for all that they have done for us, and we would recommend them to anyone who wants the very best for their furry friends.

Have been going to Noah's Ark since 2004. We moved 30 miles from Danbury last Oct..We still travel back. Everyone is friendly and professional. Our four legged family member is treated royally.
We have seen all of the medical associates at different times, and they are all great.

I have been a client of Noah's Ark for 3 years. I take my two cats Lily and Max to see Dr. Leitner or Dr. Hecht whenever they need medical care. I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is great and friendly. Everybody seems to really care about my cats. I've even boarded them in the cat hotel which is so cute and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet.

If you love your pet do him/her and yourself a favor and stay away from noahs Ark Animal Hospital.......The only thing they care about is running up your bill...I took my pet there about a year ago with a nose bleed that kept reocurring and after a $1200.00 dollar tab they could not tell me what was wrong...Dr Hubsher kept recomending test that he new would not help and were not necessary taking into conDrsideration the dogs age 12y.o. After getting tire of going back and for and being robbed...charging 150.0p0 for Antibiotics that were not doing anything, I took my friend to Fieldstone animal hospital in new Fairfield....What a difference!!!!!! Dr. Lightcap is a great human being who is great with animals and looks out for there best interest not for your money and running up a tab...She advised of what she would do if it was her animal which was to make her confortable since it was probably a tumor and at her age there was not much to do.....Advised against a ct scan that Dr Hubsher said was very indicated at 1500.00....Buffy eventually passed a couple of month ago and again Dr Lightcap was great through out the process....If u love your pet I highly recomment Fieldstone vet, but don't take my word for it take your pet for a trial and you'll see the difference right away...Please...please tay away from Noahs Ark!!!!!!

Just had my last visit to Noah's Ark Animal Hospital in Danbury, CT. I was a loyal customer for over 9 years but I've slowly seen their service deteriorate over the last few years. It culminated this evening after making an appointment for 5:30 in the evening and the doctor not seeing my dog for 45 minutes. By the time the doctor got off her butt to see my dog he had run up a temperature of 104 degrees from being anxious and having to wait such a long time. I dealt with their very expensive prices in the past because I had heard good things about this vet but do yourself a favor and find another vet, one that will treat you and your pet in a respectful and caring manner.

I won't go back. I was sent home with the same antibiotics three times for my dog's ear infection. They didn't do a culture until I asked on the third visit. It turned out the medicine they had been prescribing didn't touch the infection he had. I spent about $750 on three visits for nothing. If you go here you have to be a good advocate for yourself -- they should have accurately diagnosed his infection before they gave me the second round. I am soured on them.

I have been taking my dog and cat to Noah's Ark for a few years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Dr. Leitner really listens and cares about my pets health. I also love the boarding facility. It is so clean and I know my pets are getting lots of attention and love while they stay. Everyone there seems really nice and they all seem to know a lot. I rate this vet with an A++++
