I was referred to Dr. Nagar's office by a coworker - I am a wardrobe stylist so I spend much of my day either on my feet or driving and I had been having sciatic and plantar fasciatic pain for several months. I had been to 3 other chiropracters in the LA area as well as regular massage therapy. I was in my 30's, had put on a little weight - basically not fully adjusted to the fact I was no longer in my 20's!! \nDr Nagar treated my injuries in a different way than other chiros I'd been to before - instead of the usual ""cracking"" and other aggressive manipulation he released the tight muscles causing the injury and I started on a pilates program to ""re-educate"" my muscles and posture. Through private pilates sessions and classwork with his instructor Cindy I started using my abdominals and butt instead of putting stress on my back. I also began getting massage treatments from Jenny, who can read a body like a book, and like Dr. Nagar, works on releasing and re-educating the muscles to work in the most effective way, for me.\n\n6 years later my body is completely transformed, from the inside out - I no longer have chronic pain and the best part is (ok, here goes the vanity) I dropped 3 sizes, my stomach and butt are tighter and more sculpted than when I was 25, I walk taller and am leaner than I have ever been in my life. My progress in yoga, which I have practiced for 12 years has been phenomenal - I don't sit through the hyper-advanced poses anymore, I do them! The work stress and long days on my feet have continued, now my body just takes it in stride.\n\nI've never written a Citysearch review before but I am so grateful I just had to send out a public THANK YOU to Dr Nagar and his staff for being on my team - Cindy knows my body and always pushes me while keeping me aligned and in balance, and nd Jenny is the most intuitive massage therapist ever. These two ladies and Dr. Nagar have not only relieved my pain but taught me to use my body in an entirely new way, one that not only prevents injury but feels good and looks good (which always helps!) Thank you Dr for showing me the real benefit of good health and strength, and making them affordable. See you next week!

I have suffered with lower back pain since I was 12 years old, now in my early 40's. I have had back surgery and everything under the sun. Five years ago I decided to try Pilates and found Dr Nagar's office online. It is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Dr Nagar is highly knowledgeable about body mechanics, strengthening and rehabilitation. He is a great support to the Pilates studio. For the last 5 years, I have taken Pilates at the studio 2x a week and have seen a marked difference in my lower back pain. The stretching and strengthening has helped me tremendously. I feel stronger, better supported and pain free most of the time. \r\nThe staff is amazing. Rachel who runs the office does everything to help accommodate you. Everyone treats you like family there. The Pilates instructors are wonderful, especially Cyndi. And the massage therapist Jenny is a miracle worker. I can't say enough about the office. Caring, loving and helping. Their goal is to get you better.

I first heard about Sports & Spine Rehabilitation Center from a co-worker because I was having lower back pain due to sitting at my desk 40+ hours a week and was very pleasantly surprised to find how friendly and accomdating the staff as well as Dr. Nagar. He immediately gave me a few excercizes to help with my issue and suggest I try out pilates, massage therapy and acupuncture which immediately helped. The parking is very easy and it's super close to my work. The wide array of hours are also very accomodating. I love coming here.. it's my time to concentrate on ""me"".. thanks Sports & Spine Rehabilitation Center!!

I was referred by several friends to Dr Nagar because of pain in my lower back and a torn rotator cuff. He put me on a program with him, Tosha for pilates, and Jenny for body therapy that has really alleviated the pain and prevented me from having surgery. The staff here is all really friendly as well - Rachel and Christina are always helpful with appointments\n

I've been referred to Dr. Nagar by a friend and was so pleased with the result. He is amazing and know a lot more than most Chiropractors and has his own way of healing (kinda like Dr. Oz !) The staff is so nice, Rachel is amazing and very efficient, Jenny is by far the best for massages, she talks with your body and knows exactly in which area she has to work on the most. Pilates are new to me and I'm very pleased with it. The instructor, Cindy, is cool, she explains everything to you and you go. I have referred this facility to other people who had been extremely pleased as well. If you wanna feel like ""home"" you should definitely try Sports & Spine Rehab center, they rock !!!!!!!

Dr. Nagar is an amazing professional that is a miracle worker... he has worked with me to avoid back surgery and helped in many other ways as well. His Office Manager Rachel and staff is the best and accomodating too. There is a great group pilates class led by Carol and Olivia is knowledgable about the entire body and works with her clients with a personal touch. Dr. Nagar has great sports massage therapists on his team ... Jenny is my favorite as she has a unique philosphy /process that is individulized for each client. Also included on his staff is a accunpuncturist that is top knotch!!!\r\nOverall i go to Dr Nagar and his team as my first choice for any ailment i might be experiencing as I trust that they have my best interest in mind.\r\ni have also recommended many people to Dr Nagar and everyone has been pleased with the results and continue to see all those at the Sports Spine Rehabilitation Center

This is an awesome office with great people. My favorites are Jenny for body work (you can't call this a massage - it's so much more!), Polly does a great massage too! I love Olivia for Pilates; she is so patient and calming. Dr. Nagar is great too, and the office staff is so polite and attentive and professional. \nMy friend referred me here years ago, and we won't go anywhere else - I also refer all of my friends here when they complain about a sore neck or back or whatever aches you - Dr. Nagar and his team can fix it!

I have referred dozens and dozens of friends and colleagues to Dr. Nagar and his Pilates instructors and none have been disappointed. If you sit at a computer desk all day, or have a physically intense job, your body needs to be realigned and strengthened. Between Dr. Nagar's initial chiropractic adjustments and ongoing intensive Pilates sessions, I find that I am less injury prone in general and have a level of strength and energy of a much younger person. \r\n\r\nTosha is the Pilates instructor I go to and she is phenomenal. She pushes you in every session to do more than you think you can and somehow you can't wait to go back for more.\r\n\r\nI firmly believe that if we were all lucky enough to receive Dr. Nagar's services (chiro & Pilates combined) we would have a far healthier society both mentally and physically.

I started going to Sports & Spine Rehabilitation Center many many MANY years ago when I could barely walk, sit, or stand due to a lower back injury that was causing sciatica (chronic pain). I intiially went for the acupuncture (which scared me), as my condition improved with acupuncture treatments, chiro, pilates AND massage (all available at the same place!), I am now walking, sitting, and standing without chronic pain! The dr(s) and therapist(s) confer with eachother and the client to provide specific treatments for each individual clients needs! I love that I don't have to get a dr referral each time I need a different treatment. It's THE ""take care of myself"" place!

I was referred to this studio by a good friend of mine. She had told me she's been doing pilates here for a few years now and she was always talking great things about it. I thought I should give it a try and check this place out. I honestly fell in love with this place. The workers are not only friendly but their also very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to your body and the issues you may be having. If your looking for a great place to do pilates...well this is the place to be!
