I called the company on Sunday, around noon, and was greeted by a very kind man by the name of Jeff Blakely. I wanted my carpets cleaned that day, but was doubtful that I would find a company with that kind of free time on a Sunday. But to my surprise he was more than willing, he said he would be on his way in 2 hours, and sure enough, he called and told me he was on his way in 2 hours. He cleaned my carpets and L shaped sofa, did a great job. And although he probably had better things to do, he didn't mind a few minuets of pleasant conversation before he left. Last but not least...he's quite hansom. :-)
