08/29/11: Just had a water heater installed a week ago and he insisted that I paid him for the permit fee up front. Called and the permit application still has not been submitted. I was told be patient. I guess I have to wait for few more months. Sorry that I did not read the previous post.
01/17/12: After 5 months and numerous phone calls, many excuses every time I called but he still has not submit the permit application. STAY AWAY FROM DELAWARE VALLEY PLUMBING AND HEATING, INC!
02/01/12: Finally, he submitted the permit application today!
