We had a wonderful experience with this company today. We had never used them before, so we were not sure what to expect, but their office is in the same building as my son, and he speaks very hightly of their service.
A team of 4 men in dress clothes arrived at our home at 6:58am for the 7am appointment. Each man introduced himself, showed identification, and handed my husband and I their business cards. They put on medical shoe covers before stepping into our entry way, and they began taking notes as I told them what I wanted done.
We had two empty rooms that needed cleaning and seven rooms containing furniture. I let them know that I only wanted the busy walkways cleaned because the last company we used left a lot of furniture for us to move back. My husband is a disabled veteran with chronic back trouble, and I have arthritis, so we didn't want to go through that again. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this company moves the furniture, cleans the space where each piece was, then they moves everything back exactly as it was!
The carpet is now clean and soft, and the tile grout is white again instead of dingy brown. The price was actually cheaper than the original estimate because of the military discount they gave us on top of the 1/2 price special. We left to go run errands after they finished and we came back just now, and the carpet is dry already.
We also brought our diesel pusher motorhome here for them to look at while they were here. The seats inside are a fairly delicate fabric, and they were quite stained with spaghetti sauce from our grandkids and coffee from my husband. They got all of the stains out and the seats are already dry, too. My husband has COPD so we were concerned about the possibility of chemical fumes in the confined space of our camper. We were relieved to find out that this company uses only certified organic cleaning products, and that no fumes would be involved.
Our main reason for choosing this company is the fact that they are a family of police and military folks, and they background check and drug screen all of their employees. We feel that is important when we invite someone into our home for service.
My neighbor stopped in and looked at our carpet and tile, and I already recommended San Antonio Carpet and Tile Cleaning to her.

San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning is an outstanding company. The pet stains are gone, the odors are gone, and our carpet is ready for company to see again! They were dressed very well, they showed up on time, they didn't have any hidden charges. Greatjob, Y'all!

We have used San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning for over 18 years. The men just finished, and I am writing this review to let others know how extremely pleased we are with the results each and every time they come out.
We are a retired military family, and particular about our home. San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning is ALWAYS on time, the carpet looks new when they finish, the stains never return, and the gentlemen come to serve you wearing a dress shirt and tie. We are a retired military family, and particular about our home. San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning is ALWAYS on time, the carpet looks new when they finish, the stains never return, and the gentlemen come to serve you wearing a dress shirt and tie.
