My fianc and I had been trying to purchase a house for almost a full year. As first time home buyers, we learned the same way everyone does that the process can be rather grueling, but in our bad luck, we also learned that there are a number of individuals with less then professional behavior in the financial portions of the buying process and we were taken advantage of. We were so stressed out from being lied to and taken advantage of that we were ready to quit, but then enters Kathleen Beck. Our third time being in escrow and our own mortgage officer, already proven quite untrustworthy, quit on us within days of entering escrow in an extremely unprofessional fashion. Kathleen, referred to me by a coworker of mine, was not only able to get up to speed in record time, acquainting herself with the full details of our current progress in the buying process, but also was able to put up with my constant distrust of all persons involved in financial and mortgage dealings. She also managed to lock me in a rate that was a full 1% lower then the last shady loan officer we had been dealing with. Finally, she did all of this while extremely sick with the flu, and got everything done within our official timelines.

My fianc and I have been living happily within our home for the past several months, and it's 100% as a result of the hard work, high work ethic and standard that Kathleen Beck possess. THANK YOU, Kathleen; you made a significant difference in our lives.
