DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner (Tino) reeled me in by giving me a great deal his hummer limo. I put a $100 down payment 3 weeks in advance. The contract they make you sign states that "at any given time they can cancel on you if they think there will be something wrong & they will keep the deposit." The night of my 21st birthday party I called him to ask a question. He told me the hummer was 20 sitter before but then changed it on the phone to 16. I simply questioned him because he told me otherwise previously. But I ultimately said ok. He called back 30 mins before he was suppose to pick us up& said due to the "misunderstanding" he has canceled. I was distraught & hysterical. He said he may be able to get me another one but not the Hummer because he already rebooked it!!!. I felt like he had someone else wiling to pay more that night so he screwed me. He said he will call me back & never did. He Didnt answer my phone calls either. I had to dispute this with my bank because he never refunded the deposit! Just a bad company to do business with. So shady. Thank god AAA Limo next door to National Limo saved me & gave a great price on their hummer limo. They are so professional & serve their customers great! All the reviews Ive seen on National limo are horrible. Obviously not EVERY customer can be making this stuff up Tino.

Wes you tell a great story ,,, and boy does it make National Limo look bad ,,, but lets get it straight now 1st the rules your friends broke them not you but sadly you have to pay ;-( you sign the contract. And we all know thats what really makes you MAD . Next when i get to your home you saw a police badge ,,, well guys i think my friend Wes was already DRUNK !! or he cant read ,,, the badge is a CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE BODYGAURD badge not a Police badge ,,, all National limo drivers must go threw a 4 weeks training to earn the badge . Thats to better protect future clients from criminals . That way we don't have the same problem AL ADAMS limo service had when he was robbed and shot 3 times in front of his clients ,, right in AustinTX. Now back to the rules there very easy to follow if your not drunk . Wes was in the limo for 7 hours and the last hour his friends riped the rules up ,,, broke the limo bar ,,,, open the emergence exit thinking it was a sun roof so the window flew off $500 fine ,, when all this happen Wes said he didnt know it was a big deal ,,, to open the sun roof ... agin he cant read or he was to drunk,, it is an Emergence Exit not a sun roof !!! or maybe he didnt see the sign thats right cause your friends took them down Wes !! Now about respect Wes had alot of respect it was his attorney friends that thought they could break all the rules and get away with it . National limo has a 99% of satisfied customers but its that 1 % that always blame the company for there stupidity when there DRUNK . Wes Happy NEW YEAR !! from all of us here at NATIONAL LIMO ,,, ;-)

We rented the Hummer Limo and Tino, the owner was our driver on New Years Eve. He was on time and told me all the rules for my guests, which I agreed to. We were supposed to have the Limo for eight hours. When entering the limo, paper signs were all over the windows stating spilled drinks-$150, throw-up-$300, damage to bar-$1000 and don't open the sunroof-$500. I had fifteen people and we couldn't see out the windows without looking at a sign stating throw-up. Tino explained the rules to me, so we removed the paper signs. Tino also showed up with a police badge hanging from a chain around his neck. We are all adults in our late forties, so not sure what that was about. We stopped and had drinks at the Four Seasons. When we returned to the car, Tino pulled me aside and stated he was upset that we took the signs down and stated it would be $25 each sign, which I paid for, even though they cost less than three cents. Went to a nice restaurant and my friends made new signs joking about our own rules, no hanky panky, no deep kissing, etc. Nothing about him. We went to a new bar, Enzo, and he left us there. When I called for pick-up, he had gone home and stated he felt disrespected. Didn't know a paper sign could cause so much trouble. Now he wants to charge me for the entire trip. This person is scary and I would not rent from him, especially if you have women. The badge thing and protection? If something would have happened, he would have made it worse. I would not be surprised if he didn't have a gun onboard. I rent a number of limos every year and have never been treated so poorly and even a bit nervous by his actions. There are other limo companies in Austin that treat you properly. Beware of this company!!
