As a performer, and former dancer, I discovered yoga was the perfect exercise/meditation/sanctuary for me - but then my wonderful teacher had to go and have a baby (!), and I had a very difficult time finding another practice with the same level of nurturing, tutelage, and challenge. Then, Westchester Yoga Arts moved to New Rochelle, and I have been with them ever since! The teachers are warm and inviting, the studio is light and comfortable, the practice is as challenging as you want it to be (there are all levels). And in these challenging economic times, it is very affordable. Namaste!
